Such an intense and gripping story! I enjoy serial killers stories and this one felt really original and out of the norm. It brought me The Dark Half (Stephen King) nostalgia, through the idea of the story. The writing style is rich and entertaining and even if it starts as a slow burn, it develops so well and goes deep under your skin. This is a book you don't want to miss!
Identical twins, one a serial killer and one a family man. We follow both brothers as they internally battle with emotions of jealousy, fear, frustration but both with the desire to be safe and loved. Intense from the outset and feels very much like a film, some suspension of disbelief needed at times but a good read nonetheless.
I really couldn't put this down I found myself having to stop for breaks as it is an addictive read from start to finish the characters are very engaging.
This book left me reeling what an ending I had it planned out in my head but how wrong was I 😱 It reminded me a lot of the Face off movie with John Travolta and Nicholas Cage which is what I think is a fantastic movie! It would be great to see this book come to life via Netflix!!!
