Some years ago, I suffered a severely broken wrist and ran into such bad luck when it was set I was left with a wrist that was thick, cold and immobile. Desperate, I went to a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. He gave me a lot of treatments, mostly painless and interesting and I ended up with a wrist as good as new. So I wrote an account otf the experience entitled The Human Touch. Dr. Ip the acupuncturist thought it worthwhile and wrote a foreword to the book. He thought patients who came to him uncertain about what was coming would find understanding if they read my book. In this day when Canada is experiencing such an upswing in multiculturalism, I hope The Human Touch will be enlightening.
