When American covert operative Chase Fulton and his team of battle-hardened warriors lose one of their own in an unthinkable and unprovoked act of vengeance, there’s no limit to the wrath they will unleash on their shadowy attacker to make him pay the ultimate price for his unforgivable sin. Unlike the sanctioned assignments in the past for tactical Team 21, when global interests conspire to eliminate every member of the team, one by one, the rules of engagement crumble, and only one simple directive eliminate the threat with limitless force until no enemy with breath in his chest remains.
The team must forge themselves into the deadliest iron they can become, to face the unyielding enemy, before everything and everyone they love is destroyed. Finding the strength to defeat an invisible enemy, they are forced to reach deep inside their souls and unearth a fire like none they’ve ever stoked, to burn hotter and longer and higher than the bloodlust of their foe.
The threat must be crushed and ground into oblivion if the team is to survive and preserve everything they hold dear, but is the enemy too vast, too strong, and too driven? Step inside a world of loathing and ultimate darkness to feel the fury and taste the anguish as Chase and his team fight for their lives in what could be their final battle.
Creator of The Chase Fulton Novels series and The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins Series, Cap Daniels is a former sailing charter captain, scuba and sailing instructor, pilot, Air Force veteran, and civil servant of the U.S. Department of Defense. Raised far from the ocean in rural East Tennessee, his early infatuation with salt water was sparked by the fascinating, and sometimes true, sea stories told by his father, a retired Navy chief petty officer. Those stories of adventure on the high seas sent Cap in search of adventure of his own, which eventually landed him on Florida’s Gulf Coast where he and his wife Melissa spend as much time as possible on, in, and under the waters of the Emerald Coast.
With a headful of larger-than-life characters and their thrilling exploits, Cap pours his love of adventure and passion for the ocean onto the pages of his action adventure series, The Chase Fulton Novels and his new series Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins.
Inspired by the likes of John D. Macdonald’s Travis McGee, Randy Wayne White’s Doc Ford, and Wayne Stinnett’s Jesse McDermitt, Cap creates thrilling tales of action and adventure set throughout the Caribbean and coastal Florida and Georgia by intertwining nautical adventure with international espionage. Cap’s Chase Fulton Novels series promises to keep readers on the edge of their seats, trying to guess what new danger or adventure lies just around the corner.
The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins series is a spin-off starring the most controversial and intriguing character from the Chase Fulton Novels. After defecting to the United States, Anastasia "Anya" Burinkova, a former Russian SVR assassin and intelligence operative puts her lethal skill set into action against the powerful Russian Mafia. In this gritty, organized-crime thriller series, Cap Daniels takes his readers into the dark underworld of the Russian Mafia weaving actual events into fiction to leave the reader's heart pounding and their fingers itching to turn the page.

Dear Cap Daniels: You have built a solid team of characters and I feel like they are friends and the brothers and sisters I would love to share a foxhole with! All branches, many countries, and other First responders too. This story like all those that precede it is full of action, adventure, blood, love, sacrifice and most of all Family! The family that only exists in a “military adjacent” environment. I don’t want to say too much to give away any of the details, but please to anyone reading this review…read the series and then when you read this installment be ready to cry (or whatever word your ego will allow), laugh, possibly “cry” again, then watch the true bonds of brotherhood and family shine through. Love and happiness may not be the central theme because this story is too real and complex. I learn more with every book of yours I read. I hope to find you leading a donkey towards a campfire soon and introducing yourself as “Cap Daniels”. This might require adopting a small dog, but that too is for another installment. Thank you and I have to say I hate you for stopping the artist before he can paint a few more masterpieces. I would love one in my house! Cheers from a dual Veteran household who both enjoy your craft.
I first have to say, I truly enjoy reading books that I can hand to other men in my church and not be ashamed of the language, sex, or other dialogue that may be offensive to the men of the Church. Memoirs of a Christian Sniper has now become recommended reading but my pastor to others in the church and in the community.
This book was especially easy to read. I would highly recommend along with the other 27 books of this series. I also recommend the other spinoff series. Don’t miss this one. The ending had me on the edge of my seat.
The story is absolutely one of the best! It grabs you from page one and I could not put it down. Someone is looking for payback by going after people in Chase’s life. But with no clue to go on where do they start? From Ga to Zurich to the open seas this one has a crazy turn of events that brings the whole team together for revenge! While hard to put together the puzzle begins to make sense. But can they catch them before losing anyone else! So awesome. You gotta read!
Wow! Just when I thought they couldn't get any Better!
An amazing action packed storyline and formidable protagonist. The firefight on the Lori Danielle was so realistically portrayed I was ducking bullets while reading. The addition of the new, talented team member seems warranted and notable. Another magnificent addition to the series! God Bless you Cap Daniels for filling our lives with wonderful, engaging characters and stories! I'll NEVER stop looking forward to the next one.
The writing style was one of the best features of this series about Chase and his merry band of misfit "boys". I enjoyed his turn of phrases that added a bit of humor in both serious situations and just for fun times. Each book was completely different from each other which takes a lot of skill and knowledge. I look for books to read that include plenty of adventure and travel so I was happy to discover this series. If you look for the same things to read, I would recommend you try this series by Cap Daniels. The characters are fully developed.
Suffering and grieving the loss of one of their own, and the near loss of another, the team closes ranks and comes together to comfort and protect one another as the close knit family they are while finding those responsible for their losses and preventing them from hurting any more of the people Case loves and leads. Just when you think you know where the story is headed, you don't.
During the preceding 27 books in this series, I have been tempted several times to intone that the book just finished was the best. However, for some inexplicable reason I always decided to hold off with that accolade-until I finished book 28. What an unbelievable masterpiece! By far, in my humble opinion, book 28 was the best of the preceding 27. Thank you Capt Daniel’s. I will forever remember The Scorpions Chase. .
It seems like a lot of Cap Daniel's recent books have been cookie-cutter, repeating many phrases from other books, especially about what great warriors and fighters the team consisted of, and how the women were the most beautiful women in the world, etc. This book finally recaptured the excitement that made the team attractive in the first place.
I have to say this one was rough at the beginning. A lot of emotions about the characters we have come to know through the series. Read Cap's thoughts of writing this at the end of the book. Once your through the emotional rollercoaster the who's next lingers throughout. A few minor loose ends at the end but can be justified by the business they are in. Absolutely another great read.
Again I can not praise Mr. Daniels enough. Throughout this series I have watched his writing style improve tremendously. I am not usually impressed this much by an author, but 'me hat's off' Cap! Remarkably detailed characters, great dialogue, scenic descriptions just keep getting better. Thank you again for another great story!
The not knowing is what gets you. By gets you, I mean enfolds you, seeking to smother you, yet thrilling you at the same pace. Nice work, Cap. Truly different with some serious surprises.
I have read all the Chase Fulton books, and have waited patiently for Cap to put the next one out. There is always a new twist and turn that you would have never expected. It makes you feel like you’re in the novel with Chase and the team.
Cap does not disappoint! I s did not love #27, but 28 is great. Excellent story line. Good use of technology in the story and appropriate action. Thank goodness the Mustang got to fly. And yes, they really are hard to land!
Another exciting thrilling book byCap Daniels. You never know which direction his books are going but you will never disappointed with the twists and turns as you turn each page.
The Chase goes on, and seems to improve and goes.above and beyond the previous installment of the Fulton entourage and their escapades. I have never been disappointed reading any of Cap Daniels books.
Holy crap was this one hell of a Chase Fulton adventure!! Sad to see some things happen to the team, but it all brings some life into the story !! Like always , I can never wait for the next book to come out !!
I have read all 28 books so far and have really enjoyed them…I can almost picture the characters as if the books had pictures. I look forward to the next one…I could read 28 more.
Enjoyed the episode, and the surprise ending with the women turncoats. As always a page turner. They just keep coming and once in a while you catch your breath with the twists and turns. On to the next adventure.
Another great story from Cap Daniel’s. I didn’t care for the last chapter as much as the rest of the book. Daniel’s puts Chase in a compromising posture when he has always protracted him above the rest.
I would give it a 5, but Tony died. I realize these things will happen, but that was a tear jerker. I hope Hunter rebounds and his character fluffs out. Yeah, that sounds like something Clark would say, huh? Can't put these down no matter what.
One of the best... Of course! I've not read one of Cap's stories that hasn't been "one of the best"! Action? Check. Humor? Check. Patriotism? Check. Brotherly love? Check. Action? √√√.
an Awesome thriller novel, that kept me reading all day long..... can't put it down, and oh, what an Unexpected ending.... you just gotta read this one.
Spoiler alert!! This book was emotionally difficult to read because of the death scenes of team members. Captain Spray berry's part in this story was remarkable!
