Good junior read

This is what it is, a Free Comic Book Day of the Spider-gang. Yes, it is for junior readers, and the colouring in pages can not be coloured in Kindle, but it is a quick read to get kids reading. I have to say I think kid Pete is a lot smarter and well rounded than the current Amazing Spider-man. So i actually did enjoy it.

Includes four short stories: Where’s Hulk?, Lost and Found!, Tagging Along!, and Play Ball!

The information at the beginning is very helpful. Nice character introductions and explanations.

Hulk has been sad lately, and his friends want to cheer him up.

So the Spidey Team is having a surprise party for Hulk.

The girls have decorated, and Miles made Hulk a very flattering portrait.

But…no one knows where Hulk is.

Vibrant, eye-catching colors. Precise illustrations. The nonuse of contractions is great for children.

Diversions from Green Goblin, Rhino, and Doc Ock…

The party. Pickles. 😊

In the other stories, we see Ghost-Spider gliding around town—only to realize her ear buds are missing. And Miles finds an innovative way for Trace-E to join him and the gang on an outing.

Games, puzzles, and other fun interactive additions.

This whole book is so cute. Adorably wholesome; fun and sweet.

Seems pretty good for young readers. No real evil villains, just mischievous child like "villains". Not sure why they gender swapped Doc Ock though. I don't understand the whole gender or race swapping though. I would prefer if they just created new characters personally, but it is what it is. Still not bad stories.

Perfect comic for the young ones, they loved it. The games and colouring in pages were also a bonus.

Kiddo enjoys these far more than I do, though I wonder if it's because I'll let him look at the iPad when I read one out for him!

Once again we are talking about another comic book from the “Spidey And His Amazing Friends” comic book series. I need to admit here that Im starting to get a little bored of this series, so I’m gonna take a little break from it. But lets get into this review without making the intro longer than it already is.

This comic book presents a simple storyline featuring Spider-Man and his friends in a series of fun escapades they have in this comic book.

The concept in this comic book is pretty appealing for kids between the ages of 5 and 7. But reading it as an adult, I gotta admit that the narrative feels predictable and lacks complexity.

The characters in this comic book are portrayed with their characteristic charm and energy which they had in the previous comic book from this series which I already talked about in the near past.

The character development and depth is still very minimal because as always this comic book (and this whole series so far at least) focuses more on action sequences than on meaningful interactions or growth.

The artwork in this comic book is bright and colorful, effectively capturing the playful tone of the comic. Even thou the artwork is very appealing, the artwork doesn’t compensate for the lack of narrative depth. The style is lively but doesn’t enhance the storytelling significantly

This comic book gives us the theme of teamwork and friendship. Which feel not fully explored because of their superficial manner for an adult. While these positive messages are suitable for children, their presentation lacks the depth needed to make a lasting impression.
