While I found this book to be very informative on the subject hand, I must say it felt as one big sales pitch. It felt like an infomercial with every chapter suggesting you purchase this or that from Weiss' website. Overall though I'll give it 4 stars.

Eye opening
Gave me new perspective on what my spouse was actually experiencing and the role I played. This helped me stop the cycle of shame and anger.
