I messed up. One too many shots in Las Vegas, and I wake up with the hangover from hell, a man in my bed, and a ring on my finger. The only problem is that the man in my bed is my family’s enemy, and … he’s naked. All we need is to annul this mistake of a marriage, and we can go back to our lives as if this never happened … or so I thought.
Alessandro
I wanted one night to let loose in Las Vegas and leave my problems behind. Except now I’ve woken up in bed with the daughter of my father’s fiercest business rival and created a whole new set of problems for myself. Now I have a chance to win this deal and prove my father wrong, once and for all … or so I thought.
The only problem is I underestimated her.
What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.
"JA Low lives on a faraway beach in Australia. When she's not writing steamy scenes and admiring hot surfers, she's tending to her husband and two sons, and dreaming up the next epic romance."
Natalia and Alessandro’s banter is top tier. Those two had my cracking up at their antics and back and forth throughout the entirety of this book.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice level: 🌶️🌶️ Angst level: 💔
The family rivalry between Natalia and Alessandro’s families has been long standing for their entire lives. So they are both conditioned to hate each other blindly.
When one night changes their lives forever, they find themselves married and stuck together.
Their families react as expected, but they are determined to make the other one crack.
The two of them had amazing banter and I just loved the push and pull. The sexual tension was STRONG for these two. You could tell throughout that their attraction and chemistry is not something that they need to work on.
Loved seeing characters from previous books in this book and loved seeing the brothers and their wives.
I absolutely loved this book, it was honestly amazing . The sexual chemistry between the two main characters was combustible, their banter, the possessiveness and overall competitiveness was phenomenal. The detail and emotion in the storyline had me not being able to stop reading until the very last word. I was completely mesmerised, at times I was laughing out loud at their antics, then I was brought to tears in another scene. Loved seeing all the characters from previous books pop up, and the beautiful Italian setting was 😘 I’ve read this book 3 times already, it’s really that fantastic!
Oh my goodness! I sat and read this in one night, couldn’t put I down! The banter among Natalia and Alessandro is the best I’ve seen between characters! I giggled the whole time.
I absolutely love how the series went full circle, with ending at paradise club! Well done! This has to be one of my favourite series!

I HAVE JUST THIS MOMENT FINISHED ALESSANDRO AND NATALIA'S BOOK! And holy crap on a cracker, I reckon it's pure reading magic!
THE SEXY ENEMY is third is Author JA Low’s fabulous and well-written ITALIAN NIGHTS SERIES. Each is a stand-a-lone, but I’m a reader who thrives on the interactions of secondary characters within a series who each come to the fore as a main character.
It was Natalia Fiorenzo’s turn and I loved the whole ‘waking up in Vegas’ vibe straight off the bat when she had no idea what she’d done, let alone WHO she’d done when she spotted a very muscular back lying next to her! When the ridiculously handsome face of mortal family Alessandro Conti was revealed, the horrid feeling of family betrayal added to the rank hungover feeling she was carrying. The sparks that fly next, and the traded insults set the fast and hilarious pace and feel for this book.
It was only when she’d finished her walk of potential family shame that the extent of the previous evening was revealed to her! Yet to be released wedding photos had been taken! Natalia needed a plan and fast!!
The one-up-man-ship was impressive and amusing yet it was not all fun and games. The chemistry between these two was sparkling and strong, hell fiery and zesty even, but the family stigma was solid. I just have to mention that the hilarity was perfectly balanced with profound melancholy and regret as the book and their relationship progressed and my heart felt heavy for both of them. THE SEXY ENEMY had me laughing and crying.
The family feud was extreme, there’s a business deal to be fought over and neither Alessandro nor Natalia gave any quarter. Natalia was tenacious, loyal, stubborn and inspired others to trust and believe in her in return. She had to be to find her place in the world considering the family she was born into. Her brothers, however were the only ones to under-estimate and patronise her, and it was hilarious to see their women rip their ideals out from under them and absolutely back Natalia as she planned and carried out her own plans to aggravate Alessandro! Even bringing on board his posse I laughed out loud at her antics in even entertaining and friending Alessando’s small posse of now turn-coat mates because it didn’t take them long to see just truly honourable she was.
Alessandro was a complicated character and discovered sides of himself he didn’t know existed. Every one had been kept at a distance except those closest to him, so when Natalia really pushed the boat out in her actions, he was gobsmacked, but recovered quickly. There was more to Natalia then he ever considered, and Ms Low really put him through a journey of self-discovery. I loved seeing him put under pressure, both from Natalia AND eventually from his mates. Thing is though, even we didn’t know the depths he’d go to in order to attain his goal and win, until he found himself in too deep a water.
And lets face it, this is a romance so we know how it will end, just not the journey to get there and by crikey, Ms Low took me on one helluva ride and I loved every minute of it.
Invest well in your reading time, and believe me when I say that I highly recommend THE SEXY ENEMY from Ms Low. And while you’re about it, check out THE SEXY STRANGER and THE SEXY BILLIONAIRE. They’re Gio and Luca’s books so if you loved the dynamics of their relationships with their wives, find out just what they had to go through to convince those strong independent women that they’re worth taking a risk on!
What happens when long standing family rivals find themselves married after a drunken night in Vegas? Absolute chaos of the best kind!
Natalia Fiorenzo and Alessandro Conti may not know what caused their families to feud, but when they find themselves married all bets are off. Alessandro will only grant an annulment if Natalia’s family drops out of a business deal they are competing for. And, Natalia, decides she can make Alessandro break first and back out of the marriage so her family wins in the end. But there is one major problem . . . they can’t keep their hands off of one another . . . and then feelings get involved! But, will their families ever accept them as a couple? and, what happens when one family comes out on top of the business deal?
This book was an absolute joy to read! This couple was oil and water, fire and ice and everything in between! The banter was incredible. The crazy scenarios they come up with to try to get the other to give up were hilarious. And, then, the actual feelings they started having without wanting too . . . that was stunning!
Natalia is fire and sass. And, while she may be a princess, there is so much more to her than being a pretty face. What I adored is that once Alessandro realized that, he reveled in it! And, Alessandro is nothing what he seems on the inside. I adored getting to see the real man when he wasn’t trying to deal with his father. Honestly, this couple ended up being perfect for each other.
There are a lot of ups and downs and some truly emotional moments sprinkled into all of the nsfw moments and fun, which made this book a perfect read. 5 stars!
The Sexy Enemy Italian Nights #3 JA Low ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Where do I start with this story other than… perfection! I love the writing of Ms Low and her Characters are always entertaining. I seriously could not get enough of the Fiorenzo/Conti drama, along with an epic love story. My heart is full!
If you’ve enjoyed the previous 2 books in the Italian Nights series, you’ll know the Fiorenzo family, they are Rome royalty and have always been at war with the Conti family, now it’s got extra personal when youngest daughter Natalia Fiorenzo marries Alesandro Conti after a drunken night in Vegas. Leaving both families furious, and a new war beginning a funny and sexy game of cat and mouse have Natalia and Alesandro pushing the other until the other caves and the family business will win!
What neither expected was the animosity and hatred would be the things that bring them closer. Alesandro turns from evil man to sweet while Natalia shows her stronger side pushing back against Alesandro’s alpha ways. These 2 really are the perfect pair, yet waring families will always taint the strongest love, while Natalia’s family are sweet and caring, Alessandro’s are mean, his father is the opitomy of devil spawn.
Everyone underestimated the connection to Alessandro and Natalia; me I was always rooting for them. Right to the end had me gasping, wanting to rip someone’s head off and cheer for their happy ever after! It wasn’t an easy ride, but I see a great future and forever for this much loved pair, I hope to see way more of them in the future!

Book 3 in The Italian Nights Series; and JA Low has smashed it out of the park. What a fantastic storyline and a great book.
We absolutely LOVE this author and have a had the pleasure of meeting her on a couple of occasions and she is just the best. We also adore her writing style and feel real lucky to be able to ARC read for her.
This is Natalia and Alessando’s HEA. We first met Natalia in book 1 and have been looking forward to seeing her bubbly outgoing character.
We loved the chemistry between the MCs and really connected with them. Although we really wanted Alessandro to work more for it at the end!
Now what we really love is an epilogue, Jess, you left us hanging; we need more!!
I had been eagerly waiting for this book as Jess is one of my favourite authors, and I love every book by her, and this wasn't any different. Once again, I was in awe with her writing and this incredible world she has created. As expected from Jess, this read was an emotional whirlwind that tugged at my heart strings and left me craving for more.
Natalia and Alessandro might be enemies, but they are perfect for each other. I could not help but fall in love with them as they got to know each other. Their banter was my favourite they were always trying to one up one each other, which made me cackle like a crazy person, and I loved how they supported each other. As expected from Jess, the spice was off the charts, and their chemistry smoking hot enough to burn pages.
I was in awe with their love and swooning over Alessandro throughout the read. He is a perfect book husband. Natalia is not just independent but fierce and resilient. It's amazing how she never gave up. I loved all the secondary characters and getting a glimpse into the lofe of Luca, Lilly, Paige, and Giorgio got a smile to my face. By the end, I wanted more and can't wait for what's coming next. Thanks to Jess for the advanced copy of this mind-blowing read.
So, I DNFed this book at about 50%. If you're wondering why I didn't give the book a one star rating, it's because I read this EXACT BOOK not long ago. Exact same plot. Barely any diversion. I was like, "Oh, no. Not again." I couldn't do it. I tried, but I got so bored. I am not joking when I say it was the SAME thing. I guess this goes to show that the marry your enemy in Vegas trope is way overdone. And the marry the person whose a competitor for your business while drunk is apparently a thing as well. We gotta mix it up, people. Or, at least find something new with it. Because it was the same exact wake up scenes. The same exact conversations with family. The same exact, "Oh, I'm going to push your buttons to make you fold." Fresh. I need fresh.
But then, I was thinking, "What if I had read this book first?" If I compare the two of them (I'm keeping the other author/book's name out of this review), this was still lacking in pacing compared to the other. We had good chemistry in both, but there was something missing in this one.
Anyhow, I wasn't planning on writing this much for a DNF, but I like this author. These are auto-reads for me, so I felt it fair to justify why I did what I did.
A Vegas wedding between two enemies to lovers romance is what this book is about. It’s also an extremely sexy and steamy book. It’s the third book in the Italian Nights Series featuring the younger sister, Natalia.
Natalia is in Las Vegas celebrating Gio & Paige’s (their love story is book 2 in the series) bachelor/bachelorette parties. Alessandro Conti is also in Vegas celebrating with friends. Their families are feuding over an incident that happened in their parents past.
So it’s a major thing when Natalia and Alessandro wake up married after a night of drunken partying. It’s especially bad because both families are fighting over the same hotel deal. That’s the into.
The rest of the book is about the tit for tat pettiness that Nat and Alesso engage in before finally settling into a relationship. A relationship that’s “ruined” when Alesso finds out the real reason for their families feud which inevitably leads to his Father’s death and his guilt.
Nat and Alesso do get a HEA with some doing. I read this book so quickly because the pettiness between the two had me LOL! I remembered why I liked the first two books in the series so much. Borrowed this from Kindle Unlimited.
I was hooked from the first page. I’ve read all the authors others books and this one didn’t disappoint. I think with every book the author just gets better and better.
Natalia was a force of nature, she was the perfect balance of strength and vulnerability. Alessandro was a character I loved one minute and wanted to kick him in the balls the next.
How their feelings evolved was so organic and how they became who they were for each other. I couldn’t blame him for his reaction towards the end. With his family history and abusive upbringing his knee jerk reaction made complete sense to me. As much as it was hard to read he needed to wade through all the swamp of feelings and self hatred before he could be who he wanted to be for Natalia.
Some might say he needed to grovel more, but with the characterisation and their time together previously and how their relationship evolved, for me, it wasn’t needed.
On a side note I loved that the author wrote the Paradise Club scene…it also tied up a loose end for me from one of the other books regarding STD’s and rules in the club…I absolutely loved that part.
Natalia wakes up in bed with a stranger in her bed after a night of partying in Vegas celebrating her brother’s engagement. The only problem is that stranger is her family’s enemy and she is married to him. Alessandro was in Vegas celebrating his brother’s birthday, let loose and forget about his problems. Now he is woke up in bed with the daughter of his father’s business rival. All Natalia wants is to get the wedding annulled but Alessandro had other plans and thinks he can use this to his advantage to show his dad he can get things done. The only problem is that he underestimate Natalia. Here are my thoughts on the book. 1. Wow. Just wow! 2. This is the first book in a very long time that I couldn’t put down and when I had to put it down I would rush back to it as fast as I could. 3. Loved the story. Loved the banter back and forth between Natalia and Alessandro. I laughed and I cried. 4. I want to re read it for the first time. Jess did it again.
If I could give this book a million stars I could! It was the perfect balance of enthralling plot lines, amazing characters and high heat that made it that I couldn’t put it down. The banter between this couple had me chuckling out loud and at other times I was so angry at what one of them did, I was yelling at them outloud. Thank JA Low, my family now has confirmed evidence of how crazy I am.
I love every book that this author writes. This one, well, this one has crept up to my to the top of that list. I have yet to find someone who has read one of this author’s books for the first time and not immediately circled back to read more. She is definitely a once click author. I read it through KU and because I loved the book so much, I have now purchased it as well so I can have it forever. It’s that kind of read.
Alessandro and Natalia’s families have been rivals for years. So they are quite shocked when they wake up one morning, in bed, married. Natalia blames this on a drunken night but not everything is as it appears.
A little tough to get into. Yes, I love the banter but Nat was at equal fault for Vegas yet everything was his fault. Also, when she called the bluff it’s fine but when he does he’s the devil. She gets all ticked off and yells but when he does she cries. The whole family drama centers around this deal but then there is no supporting plot. The entire story up until 3/4 is all, they hate each other yet continue to find ways to have sex. Then around the 85% mark, the story starts to come together for it to abruptly end. The one month gap was quite odd.
I still recommend JA Low’s books and this story if you like fake relationship type tropes.
Tropes: - Billionaire romamce - Enemies to lovers - Rival families - Accidental marriage - Spice:🌶🌶🌶
Great book. This is the third book in the Italien Nights series. However, it can be read as a standalone (as I did).
The epitome of what happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas! Natalia and Alessandro wake up married. Natalia wants an annulment, whereas Alessandro sees a chance to win a business deal, and with it, his fathers respect. Fun and games ensue where each of the MCs work hard to push each other's buttons to make the other cave first. Think 'How to lose a guy jn 10 days' vibes.
Both MCs were so well written - the banter, emotional turmoil, and spice was spot on. My only very minor criticism was that I felt the ending was slightly rushed. I would say more but I don't want to give away any spoilers!
The Sexy Enemy is the 3rd book in the Italian Nights series and while all the characters from the previous books have important roles to play, Natalia and Alessandro's story can still be read and enjoyed as a standalone. It's a fast-paced, drama-filled, falling in love with my family's enemy romance with lots of sexy times - steamier than the previous books -, and some very heart-breaking revelations. I loved both main characters and their personal growth along with their growing feelings for each other. Although it felt rather abrupt and not quite convincing to me, there is a happy and well-deserved ending for the couple. I was fortunate to have received an advanced copy from the author and am leaving this review voluntarily and honestly.
Third in the Italian series and what book this is, Alessadro and Natalia story had me clued to by kindle with every spare minute I had.
Alessadro and Natalia are from families that hate each other when there both in Las Vegas celebrating there both end up drunk and you guessed it there get married 😂 Morning comes and there both release there married to the enemy this part is the only part I disliked Alessandro.
As you guessed it things don’t run smoothly and there is arguments, laughter and real hot steamy scenes with a few tear a long the way as these both need to fight some demons.
It’s was also a treat for us to see Lucas and Lilly and Gio and Sophie with also getting to meet Natalia parent.
Sexy, entertaining and gritty Mafia “accidental marriage”. A Las Vegas bachelor/bachelorette party results in a marriage between enemy families; Natalia Fiorenzo and Alessandro Conti. An annulment is dependent on giving up a major contract. Thus begins a “who can embarrass/annoy/spend the most” against each other.
This generation doesn’t actually know why they are supposed to hate each other. Turns out they are both clever, attractive, and can be kind to each other. Entertaining, while also dealing with family issues.
These two will heat things up for sure. Thoroughly diverting and fabulous.
***** I am voluntarily leaving my honest review of this book *****
JA Low is one of my favourite authors, and I've loved the other stories in this series, so I couldn't wait to read Alessandro and Natalia story.
Natalia and Alessandro's families are enemies. So when they see each other in Vegas, get drunk, then wake up in the same bed the next morning, and realise they got married, things get a little crazy. The banter and laughs between them was fabulous to read, and the chemistry between them was explosive.
I loved the story, the characters, and the journey they went on to get their happy ever after. My heart went out to Alessandro at some points and was routing for the both of them.
I couldn't put the book down and didn't want the book to end. Can't wait to see what comes next for JA Low.
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right!! Umm, wrong or at least for Natalia and Alessandro that isn’t the case. Tropes: Enemies to lovers Vegas Wedding vows Family rivals After a night of letting lose to just drink and have fun, Natalia wakes up in the bed with an enemy to her entire family and the worst part, she has a wedding ring on her hand. Alessandro was with his family in Vegas celebrating so he was enjoying the things Vegas is famous for but when he woke up the next morning in bed with the daughter of one of the family enemies, he is looking at a way to possibly use it to his family’s advantage.
You know what they say about Vegas.. so what happens when you wake up and realize you’re married to your enemy? Natalia and Alessandro hate one another, that’s very clear, as do their families. So when they end up married after a night neither really remember, they both try to use it to their advantage. With both of them being stubborn this of course is not going to be easy, so it’s game on. The way they push and pull one another, you can just feel the tension and angst. It was intense, it was spicy and it even made me a little emotional. I think this just might be my favorite of this series.
I’ve waited ages for Natalia’s story and I wasn’t disappointed. Although, had I not have previously fallen for her brothers Luca and Gio in their books, I’m not sure I’d have been too keen on them. They didn’t give Natalia any support and they were bad brothers to her. Alessandro was supportive however and fell for her quickly, even if he didn’t admit it. The story was good but I felt that the ending was rushed and I’d have loved for the hotel owner, whose business both families were bidding for, had had more consequences for his actions and behaviours. Like I said, good story, just a bit rushed.
The Sexy Enemy by JA Low was a delightful read for fans of the fake relationship romance genre. The plot was engaging and kept me hooked from start to finish. The characters were well-developed, and their chemistry felt genuine, which made the progression of their relationship both believable and enjoyable. The author's writing style was smooth, making it easy to get lost in the story. Overall, it's a great book if you're looking for a light-hearted, entertaining romance. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a good love story with a twist!
Drunk night in Vegas leads to a marriage. Family enemies, Alessandro and Natalia wake up married.
Their families have been feuding for years and are up against each other for a hotel deal. Alessandro won’t give Natalia an annulment unless her family backs out of the deal. So let the games begin. They test each other’s will. But also learn a lot about each other. Neither one really knowing why their families hated each other.
As they are together more they realize they are falling for each other.
The teasers for this hooked me and I loved all of it. The pace is fast, so you won’t get bored, and the heat is H.O.T!
Alessandro has met his match with Natalia. He thinks he can blackmail her into giving in until he finds out she’s just as stubborn and creative as he is. As they get to know each other more, they both start to see the other completely differently.
I really enjoyed this book, it’s been a while since I’ve read a JA Low book but I think I need to go back and catch up.
Where do I start?! This is one of the best enemies to lovers stories I have read. It is fun. It is steamy. It is filled with tension but also some really sweet moments. The development of Natalia and Alessandro’s relationship in this story is so beautifully done. This is one of few books recently that has been able to really keep my attention to the point of not being able to put it down. I am a huge fan of this author’s storytelling and The Sexy Enemy really encapsulates that.
This is the 3rd book in the Italian Nights series and just as good as the first ones. A drunken wedding in Vegas with a family enemy leads to a very funny " I hate you but like you in my bed" story. Natalia and Alessandro fight like cat and dog for my utmost pleasure and their banter is off the charts. But the journey to HEA is not that easy. The path is full of self discovery and growth and the author's writing took me to a roller coaster of emotions. This book is a very good read.
