One G-String Short of Crazy

Rate this book
From the author of Cruising and Crazy Love comes an I-can't-believe-you-really-said-that novel about hot-as-hell twin sisters who share everything except their taste in men, and a fine-ass brother from Chicago.

Felicia and Aisha Goodman need separate places. Aisha can't settle on any one man, and night after night of loud, hot sex in the room next door is driving Felicia crazy. But neither can imagine life without the other.

The 1920 Peachtree, owned by their good friend Tarik. The twins can each have an apartment, yet still work together at the accounting firm they own. But for two crazy sistahs like Felicia and Aisha, life is never simple. Aisha's eyeing Derrick upstairs, even after his pregnant ex-girlfriend from Chicago turns up. Felicia is having a secret affair that will shock even her sex-crazed sister, and her life takes an even crazier turn when she falls in love with her best friend. And they're both beginning to wonder if the business they started was the right choice.

It's a bumpy ride, but the twins are set to prove that determined women truly can have it all -- careers, maybe marriage, and certainly lots of good, hot sex....

I have always loved books. I distinctly remember my first board book, it was about a bunny and I carried it around with me constantly. I was six-years- old and have been reading ever since. It was only natural for me to become a writer.

I self-published my first novel, Bourgeois Blues in 1997. Since then, I was very fortunate to be published by Simon & Schuster. With Simon & Schuster, I have published the following novels:

Crazy Love - 2005
Cruising - 2006
One G-String Short of Crazy - 2009
Spiritual Seduction - 2010

I am very excited with the new trends in publishing and have decided to give digital publishing a try. Here is a listing of my E-books:

Chocolate & Pecan Swirl (Erotica)
G-Strings, Thongs, Blogs, Oh My! (Erotica)
My Husband & My Wifey (Erotica)
Saturday Love (Erotica)
Two Men are Better Than One (Erotica)
The Return of Wifey (Erotica)
Chubby Chicks Rule (Young Adult)
The Committee (Inspirational Romance)
This Isn't Barbie's Dream House (Romance)
15 Soothing Bible Verses and Affirmations for Single Moms (Self help)

She is presently working on her next novel.

She lives in Georgia.

1920 Peachtree

Twins Felicia and Aisha have been by each other's side since the womb. And now as adults, they live and work together. After twenty-eight years of being the other's shadow, they decided to make a break, at least sort of. They get apartments across the hall from each other in the same complex. Despite having their own company, Felicia's heart really isn't in the business. She's rather be doing something else. Can she muster up the courage to tell her sister? And while she's at it, can she tell her best friend, Tarik, that she's fallen for him? Sister Aisha is a free spirit. That "freeness" soon finds her in the bed of her biggest client and the future of the company is on the line. Will she be able to save the company and herself before it's too late?

Desiree Day entertains readers with this delightful account of fraternal twins coming into their own and the drama that subsequently unfolds. Characters Felicia and Aisha are ones that readers can easily care about. ONE G-STRING SHORT OF CRAZY is my first novel by author Desiree Day, but I doubt it will be my last.

While I usually enjoy Desiree's books this one was okay. It skipped around and some situations seemed to be skipped over making it kinda disappointing. But I will continue to read her books because I think she is a wonderful author.
