Oh my goodness... The. Best. Book. I have read on fibro, and possibly even health in general. Not only was this incredibly detailed and informative in an evidence-based way, it was also deeply encouraging spiritually, with relevant scriptures and powerful prayers throughout that will fan the flames of faith in your heart as you read. Like a breath of fresh air! Definitely pointed out the areas of my life I need to work on to improve symptoms. I cannot recommend this book enough to anyone struggling with symptoms of CFS or FM, and plan on reading more of this authors books in the future.

Nope it does not give you the cure in the sense that "read this book and you will no longer be in pain".. I know I read it and guess what I am still in the same amount of pain... I think the best way to describe it is the book gave me a new perspective on things and the things i need to do and eat to help lessen and deal with the pain I suffer with from FMS and CFS. Let's face it being in pain 365 days a year /7 days a week /24 hours a day.. it gets to you emtionally and physically and breaks us mentally sometimes the book taught me where to put my anger, faith, trust, hope and prayers and that unlike i was beginning to think I am not being punished afterall ...
