Isaac Rose #1

Skill Set

Rate this book
Isaac Rose is a slick, highly-trained agent for uber-secret government organization protecting VIPs from danger in DC. High-ranking Deputy Secretary Emma Soto is found dead in her condo, and Isaac deduces it was murder and alerts his boss, code-name Foxhound and the M.E. Everett Mason, who are suspicious of Daniel and Franklin, two undercover agents watching both sides. The excitement when Isaac proves it was murder and not suicide and the ensuing events to catch the foreign perpetrators make up the fast-paced tale as Skill Set draws to a close with as little fanfare as possible. The characters are well-drawn with an erotic spin and move swiftly through their duties, observant of opulent surroundings and simple, obvious clues with equal perception.
