Great Poetry!

I loved these poems! Most are short and to-the-point and thought-provoking and very well written! This book is definitely worth checking out! Give it a read and if you are a lover of poetry you won't be disappointed!

Between editing and illustrating, I haven't managed to read the entire book as of yet. But I'm taking breaks to enjoy a few pages between my work. I'm not usually a fan of poetry, but so far, I've enjoyed reading this. I can't imagine that the rest will disappoint. I look forward to reading the collection in its entirety and any future endeavors.

Edit: I got carried away and finished reading. (After editing thousands of pages of books, I tend to read pretty fast.) So, updated review remains the same. This is deserving of a read. Highly recommend.

Singing the song of one's soul in a truthful, fearless manner is not simple, especially while expressing innumerable paradoxical emotions. This is what I gain from this poetry collection that turns some pain and some hope into art. That's why it gets a five and not for reasons other than this. Being 'you' is all about being an authentic work of art, which God is turning you into.
