Psychic, Jessica, came to Fairhaven Falls to help banish a ghost and felt such a connection to the place she stayed. She was now sharing her home and falling in love with ghost, Leo. They had an instant connection and both wanted so much more. With the help of Flora they found a way forward. Sweet, steamy romance with amazing chemistry, beautiful friendship, a loving , caring hero and a wonderful HEA.

Leo is a ghost.. He has a sad past because he lost his Grandparents which means he was left with their land that he lived on with his wife who he was not happy with because she only cared for herself and his half brother worked for him but they were not close.. His half brother wanted his share of the land but it was Leo's family's land which has nothing to do with his half brother because he was not part of his mum's family.. So one day things went wrong when his brother shot him & his Ex-wife who was with Leo's half brother because he thought with Leo gone the land would be his so that's how Leo became a Ghost..

Jessica is a Psychic that can talk and help Ghosts move on to a better place but she sometimes has to do Ritual's to Banish Vengeful Ghosts.. When she moved into Midnight Manor she had to banish a vengeful ghost away to save Leo.. She has a sad past and got hurt.. She does not have family but she does have a best friend called Wendy.. So she does spells, talks to ghosts and she works managing the Restaurant that's on the ground floor of the Midnight Manor while her cozy apartment is up stairs.. She gets to spend a lot of time working and hanging out with Leo.. When Halloween gets closer she can see that Leo can do a lot more like move things or kiss her so she offers to do a spell on halloween to see if she can bring him back..

It was really sweet and cute seeing them around each other and i like that after she helped send his ex-wife away that's when they grow closer together and started getting feelings for each other which made Leo want to be Human so he could really be with Jessica and Jessica doing a spell on Halloween to Help Leo..

I like Flora who owns the Inn because she is funny and She likes playing matchmaker because she can tell when someone are soulmates and she always looks out for her grandson and her friends.. I also liked seeing Wendy & Damian in this book too because they are awesome and damian owns the midnight manor..

I liked the romance between Leo and Jessica, also I enjoyed the small town feel and the cozy vibe.. I am glad that they got a happy ending.. I can not wait to read Eric's book because his character sounds awesome and i do like a werewolf romance..

Once I started listening to book 8 of this series, it reminded me how adorable this community was and I was so happy more had come out on audio to devour. I needed some cozy monster reads with some spice and these were perfect.

I enjoyed this concept with Leo getting his chance with Jessica when the veil was the thinnest! I enjoyed the little things they noticed changing, his powers becoming more prevalent and more intense. I liked the freezing he didnt mean to do when he was getting angry about Jessica going on a date with someone else haha. The possessiveness was adorable. I love Flora, not gonna lie, she is the big MVP with this series and we get fun glimpses of her every time haha. I liked how things progressed with the couple, but for me the plot was the flimsiest of the whole series and kind of puttered out, not gonna lie. I know the plots aren't usually the big part of the story but we got this big build-up and it was a very easy win and some plot holes were not filled in/some things left open and not answered that were big parts of the story, unless I missed it.

I liked the narration on this one too, Leo felt the most believable of the MMCs so far, and Jessica while being strong wasn't as much for me in the narration. Not bad but I couldn't give the female narrator 5 stars for her. I think she sounded a little too meek for how much of a BA she was haha. Overall narration would be 4.5/5 so that was good. Unfortunately story was more like a 3.5-4 stars so I kept it a 4 star overall rating. I liked the relationship development and the side characters making their guest appearances (again this world and the intricacies are fabulous) but the plot issues kept me from loving it fully. Again solid 4 stars, but not my favorite of the series.

Fairhaven Falls has had its fair share of human, supernatural romances helped along with a little nudging from resident matchmaker Flora, secretly of course!
In Gift for My Ghost we meet again Psychic Jessica who aided Vampire Damian, owner of the Midnight Manor in removing a vengeful spirit haunting the restaurant, and nearly doing in his human mate Wendy. (Valentine for My Vampire)
Only there were two spirits, the second was Leo falsely accused of murdering his now banished ex wife Alexis. Exonerated and now free to move on he has remained because of Jessica and the connection he feels with her.
Having decided to settle down in Fairhaven Falls Jessica now manages the restaurant at the same time longing for a more corporeal relationship with the resident ghost Leo. But how?
Halloween will be arriving soon as will the magic of the day when the veil between spirit and mortal realms will be at its thinnest. Maybe?
Loved the writing, characters, humor, a little intrigue, and spice, yes spice because where there is a will there is a way and Leo’s ability to manifest solidly has been growing a tad stronger as All Hallows Eve approaches. Will it be enough?
Read this very entertaining and sweet story, you won’t be disappointed. HEA.

After helping Damian clear his restaurant of the malevolent spirit haunting it, Jessica stuck around and stepped in to help run the restaurant. She also happens to have a ghostly roommate (the husband of the spirit she banished) and Leo is...well, he's a little more than a roommate. Or at least he would be if he wasn't all ghostly.

On the plus side, Leo's learning to refine his ghostly abilities. Which is helpful since it allows Leo and Jessica to touch. Brief touches, but still. On the downside, if they want more than brief touches, they need to figure out how to make things happen by Halloween. Jessica's sensitivity to the supernatural will help get them where they need to go, but ANOTHER entity seems to have taken a liking to the Manor and, well, they're not interested in watching Leo get a second chance.

Let's just say that Jessica and Leo have more going on than a complicated romance. They have a deadline and driving desire to set things right before time runs out for them. So they do their thing and work through their past issues and have some sexy (albeit ghostly) fun with one another. Which I like in my ghost romances!

Wonderful!! Absolutely wonderful book!!

Jessica is a medium who can help ghosts move on. When she rids Midnight Manor of the vicious ghost of Alexis, the ghost of her husband remains. Jessica and Leo grow close, and she remains in Fairhaven Falls because of him. Leo begins to work to grow his abilities, to touch things and move beyond the confines of the Manor. Leo's feelings for Jessica grow intensely, and she reciprocates deeply. So much so that begins to investigate a way to bring Leo back to life. When an evil ghost threatens to ruin their plans it takes the combined strength of Leo and Jessica to win the day.

This book had so much emotional depth. Heart, intense love, faith trust, a little fear and deep strength. Jessica had a tough past, but Leo is so patient and caring. He takes his time and loves her unconditionally. He believes in her, and knows beyond a doubt that she will be able to bring him back. You can feel the love and admiration he has for Jessica. She is his whole world.

Jessica has found a new life in Fairhaven, she is happy and having Leo in her life permanently would make it perfect. She has doubts about her abilities, but with Leo's love and support Jessica has strength to fight.

This was my first Fairhaven Falls book, but it will not be my last.

I loved this book. It's ben quite some time since I read a ghost romance, so I'm all in! Great world building (and I loved the map of Fairhaven Falls in the beginning) and wonderful characters. I loved both Jessica and Leo. I liked that the story began with them already friends rather than seeing them meet for the first time. You can really feel the tension and chemistry between them. But with her being alive and he a ghost, they couldn't possibly have a relationship together...

I liked Wendy, too, and there was some danger. I couldn't wait to see how it would play out see how Honey gives us a happy ending! 5 stars.

What a perfect book to get you into the spooky season. 

Mystic Madam Jessica meets Leo when she was hired to rid Mystic Manor of the spirits that were haunting the home and causing trouble for the restaurant it houses. After being trapped inside the walls of the manor for so long, Leo is more than ready to test his boundaries and abilities. He is also ready to explore the possibility of a relationship with Jessica, but he's a ghost, so that's a problem, right? Of course, the ever interfering but hilarious Flora has a role to play as well.  Although you could read this book as a stand-alone, I would recommend reading this series from the beginning to get the most from it.

Sweet, steamy, and romantic continuation of the Fairhaven Falls Series. It just draws you in and I read it in all one sitting💗. Jessica is a psychic who is managing Damien’s Midnight Manor restaurant. She discovered Leo, a ghost murdered years earlier but tied to the manor house. She frees him from the malevolent spirit tying him to the house but they face additional obstacles in order to be together. It will take Flora and Gladys’s help this time to get their own HEA.

Wonderful story!

For Jessica having a ghost as a roommate, wasn't really that odd. Her gift as a medium made it strangely comfortable for her. The problem was she was really attracted to Leo, her very hunky, Lumberjack spirit. Flora, the towns match maker, is a tiny Orc, with pixie mixed in her DNA. Making her a tiny Orc, who knows what's about to happen, well before it does. Her, and her sometimes grouchy witch friend Gladys, are always involved somewhere in most Fairhaven stories. Finding the right spell to bring a ghost back in the physical realm is a problem that needs to done with caution. Of course we do get our HEA ending😍.

Another amazing read.

Fairhaven Falls certainly has its quirky residents. Some we love more than others.

This whole series is addictive. Honey certainly delivered with this haunting love story.

The ability to sense a presence and know the comfort it brings you warms the cockles

The characters come to life literally and figuratively before our eyes. A love so profound and heartfelt.

I cannot begin to describe the emotions I felt while reading it.

Jessica has been hiding due to her past. She has kept everyone at arm’s length not only because of her past but cause of her gifts too. Her gifts have kept her from having a home but she has been able to travel and help people. Now she’s ready to stay and that reason comes in the form of Leo.
Leo was taken out by his own half brother Tim. He has been trapped with his hateful wife in their house for years. After he is set free by Jessica he wants to stay with Jessica. She is everything he has always wanted. Now they just needs to find a way to stay together.

I love going to Fairhaven Falls! I was so glad to read Leo and Jessica's story. After all that Leo had endured, he deserved a HEA, which is precisely what happened. There is plenty of spice and chemistry between these two. I enjoyed this book from the beginning to the end. There were a few twists I didn't expect and a bit of suspense that made the plot excellent. You can't go wrong with this newest addition to the Fairhaven Falls series.

I just love this story

From being alone and frightened to love and sending ghosts to where thy should go to finding one ghost that did not want to leave as he found someone who he came to care for and she came to care for him they had this bond which ment that they were ment to be and with her help thy brought him back and sent his nasty brothers sprite as away to pay for his exchange that she was willing to give and now thy are to have a baby.I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile 😃on you always 😁from a bookworm that loves to read

Seeing and Believing

Jessica is a medium who helps spirits pass over. She came to Fairhaven Falls to rid the Midnight Mansion of a particularly malevolent spirit—she cheated on and helped her liver kill her husband. Leo is the ghost of the aforementioned evil ghost. He’s sweet and kind and bound to the boundaries of the mansion. And he watches over Jessica.
Both have a sad background, and each seems to receive a great deal of comfort from the other. And if Flora gets her way, they’ll find a much happier future together.

Spicy, male female, paranormal (sexy lumbersnack ghost!), contemporary, small town romance. I love this couple! The fmc had suffered trauma and the mmc was very loving while helping her break down some of her barriers. There is a tiny bit of drama from a 3rd party and from the lead characters' insecurities but of course there is a happily ever after. Perfectly sweet read for spooky season.

Truly a Happy Ending

I loved the story and the ending the most. Leo was such a sweet, loving ghost and he deserved his HEA. Thank goodness for Flora and Gladys, always in someone’s business! And Jessica, boy did she have as much of a tragic past and Leo did. Both experienced betrayal by people they trusted. Honey Phillips has a true skill that draws you into a story and make you a part of it.

Sometimes I just need to read a fun spooky little book for Halloween. Another fun adventure in Fairhaven Falls. Jessica and Leo are the type of characters that I root for throughout the story. They are both flawed individuals but their acceptance of each other turns to love. Of course, Flora has her hand in this match as Leo and Jessica must face a malevolent spirit to get to their HEA. Sweet and spicy.

Fairy Godmother is up to her match making skills once again with Jessica and Leo.
Jessica moves to Fairhaven Falls, she can see spirits and ghosts. She is able to see Leo and getting to know him changes everything. Their chemistry and connection is adorable. Book ends in HEA.

Flora strikes again

Flora always seems to know who will be the perfect mate for everyone in fairhaven falls. I like Leo and Jessica’s story although it took me quite a while to finish as it didn’t pull me in as some of the other books did. I am excited to read Eric’s story but I really want to see Gladys story and we’ll pretty much everyone in Fairhaven Falls. Along with the babies being born.

This was a story that warmed my heart as I’ve been missing Fairhaven Falls and its cast of characters. The characters in this book are ones that are easy to fall in love with but also are both sort of tragic in nature…heartbreaking until the conclusion. Their story is not as intense as I’m used to in this town but I loved them and their journey nonetheless.

Ghostly Love story

I liked the story but for some reason I just just found it didn't flow for me as the previous books in this series.

I love the characters and the community in which the series surrounds.

I just felt like this story was missing the ease in which the other books were built on. I found Jessica and Leo to be sweet and endearing. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
