Wohnoutka takes us on a journey of her spirit-filled life and how she has been mystically led to different chapters of her life including her career, marriage, becoming a spiritual director and being a leader in the Order of the Daughters of the King (DOK)
Wohnoutka expresses her faith in the Roman Catholic Church, and has used it as her strength in determining God’s will. She held many roles in growing women’s faith through DOK, and has expanded the mission of the order by being a directress to her Roman Catholic Junior Daughters chapter. She uses these as examples of her call by God in adhering to the DOK prayer “Lord, what have you me do?”
In summary, her writing in itself serves as a testimony of God’s plan in giving people a spiritual direction. Her reciting of scripture and writings of Henri Nouwen and Thomas Merton has validated her mission in finding God’s truth in leading people to Him.
