Pretty Little Rocker

Rate this book
The world knows me as Hayat Cutter.

Yes, that Hayat Cutter.

Granddaughter to rock legend drummers Jesse Thornton and Devlin Cutter.

They put a set of drumsticks in my hands the moment I could grip them.

I never planned on riding the coattails of their success.

I’ll make my own.

And I did, as Havoc. My hidden, social media alter ego who has millions of followers. I grew my brand and showed the world what I was capable of without dropping either of my famous grandfathers’ names.

But the new band at my dad’s club doesn’t believe a girl can play the drums.

When they have to replace their drummer, I decide they need a little lesson in how girls are so much better than boys.

At everything. But especially playing drums.

What I didn’t plan on?

Falling for the masked lead singer.

Worse, I just found out who he is.

Kyrie freaking Renchford.

Ah, f**k my life.

I was excited for this book when I saw it was Lucy’s daughter’s book. What a disappointment. The h, Hayat was a snarky entitled brat. Then this author just had to delve into her polyamorous storyline and she just lost me. After her last book where she took a great storyline with a fantastic h and H and turned their love story into multi smex partner kink just tarnished it for me. Now I’m not a prude but we as readers already knew these characters and this was shocking.

As if

Not sure why you are going in this direction with these books, but it seem a little far fetched. As if anyone in a family would be ok with three boys sharing their daughter. Sorry not for me.

One of the best books in the whole rocker universe Terri Anne Browning created
I absolutely love Hayat she is awesome and I love that she has not one not two but three rockers to call her own
The way The story was weak throughout this book made me feel like I was there going through the ups and downs right beside Hayat
I recommend this book This is definitely 1 of the best books of 2024

as always a must read book

If you’ve read any Terri Anne Browning’s books, you’ll know that Lucy and Harris had a series of book which I’m not surprised their daughter would too. Just has been a character reads have gotten to know over the years from when her mom found out she was ptensbt to when Evan was born, she’s had her family on their toes and through this book it’s no big surprise the o my thing that’s different is she falls for three different men that appear to have their own way about living. TAB does great navigating their relationship even through some trials and tribulations. A must read in the to her world

wow

Wow, just wow! Love, love, love these characters. It’s hard enough to love one man to fall in love with three so instantly is amazing. The fact that they are carefree tether and have become a family together is incredible. Hay at sees the good in Sparks, Jamie, and Ky. They all have exceptional qualities and care for her as much as she cares for them. Can’t wait to see what happens next for this group. I truly enjoy seeing characters from past books brought back into the story. Each and everyone of them is special. Can’t wait for more.

YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

Drums, drums and more drums. This story was truly amazing and I really, really, really can’t wait for more! Hayat’s confidence in her ability to play the drums was as perfect as her persona Havoc. Her band mates were the perfect combo for her. Well done story as always!

These next gen series have become super weird. When I started reading these series by Terri Anne Browning they were good but it's seriously deteriorated in the last 10 books or so. I don't think I've finished any of the last few books. Reminds me of Abby Glines, she's writing crap these days too.

Great Read

First time reading Terri and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Hayao, KY, Sparks and Jamie have the chemistry for the relationship to work on and off stage.
Love it when the MFC is a bass drummer chick that proves herself with the sticks

I don't have much of an issue with the story itself. I'm always a fan of a badass main character and I don't honestly mind the reverse harem. The reason I'm rating it so low is being it's annoying as hell that the author decided to do it the EXACT same time every other author is hoping on it. If you want to do it fine, but don't be basic about it.

Spicy but rushed

Content was spicy. Ending was not developed enough and feels rushed. Hoping for more expansion in future books from the author

Very little of this book are they all together. Most of it they are apart either she is mad or helping Abi.

So happy to finally be able to read this book. I like the way the books get even more spicier then they were before.
We know Hayat as the daughter of Lucy and Harris. The granddaughter of 2 of the best drum players in this world. But she wants to proof she is even better without anybody knowing. And wow then this book takes a exciting turn when she comes as part of a band with 3 men. And what a men..... She falls deep... but is she the only one who falls in love?

DNF because OMG… this book bored me to death…. At first it was interesting and all with rockers but then it got all mixed up and so damn boring I couldn’t keep going even if I wanted to… the FMC is a spoiled brat and I want to punch her in the face…
