Fascinating and eye opening!
Kirby has done a significant amount of research here and it was awesome to have the recommendations at the end of each chapter. Yes, there is plenty of cross-over between managing, parenting, and teaching, but seeing how my role in each of these areas could be slightly changed and/or affected was definitely helpful.
I found myself making mental notes throughout the whole book of how I could/should make a difference. I have already shared several thoughts with my wife on how we can approach certain situations a little better with our children who all fit nicely in the Gen Z category. As an adjunct professor, I look forward to tailoring my class just a little bit more to hopefully get a little more student participation.
