Slow Dance With Sasquatch

Rate this book
Slow Dance with Sasquatch is an invitation into a private ballroom, a banquet hall in the middle of the woods. Here, you will sit and feast and waltz with your monsters. Here, you will harvest imagination from loneliness and longing. Here, you will coax laughter from the beasts' mouths. Here, the table is always fully loaded. Here, the cake is always warm, and no matter how much of it you eat, you will never stop being beautiful.

This is my second "write Bloody Book" from Write Bloody Publishing.

Jeremy Radin is an actor as well as a poet. Staring in such shows as; The Office and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. To name a few. And spends most of his time eating expensive hamburgers and maybe looking for a job. (from author bio)

This book is off the wall laughter with impressive metaphors and strange to understand, but you really don't have to.

His poem about a little boy who is afraid of monsters under his bed shows his story telling. Then his love poems such as "Rena" shows his clarity and metaphors. My favorites are below.

-A Pyramid of Bison
-All the Girls in Hollywood Are Having The Same Dream
-The Inn of the Purple Bison
-Perhaps a Thousand Years *GREAT*
-Off Switch
-Career Path of a 9 yr old
-Donut Muffin
-My Heart Attack Arrives
-Rena

Jeremy is an exciting poet who has an uncanny ability to tell a story. Although I have not yet read this book, it is highly anticipated based on the poetry of his I have seen. Don't be a fool and buy this book at Writebloody.com

"Gramma, did you recently swallow any rattlesnakes?"
"No my dear, but 'recently' is a very good word."
"Why does it sound like that when you breathe?"
"Well my dear, grandma has very old lungs."
"Want me to make you new ones?"
"That would be lovely."
