This is the first book of a new series titled Destined to Love. It follows the story of Miles Huntington, a wealthy businessman and Destiny Evans, his former friend. Miles and Destiny spent their childhood together until high school, when Destiny and her father had to move. Fifteen years later, their paths have crossed, bringing up long-buried emotions and misunderstanding.
I thought the writing to be engaging and easy to read. While Miles was not always my favorite person, Sara’s style of writing was effective in eliciting such strong feelings from me!
I enjoyed most of the supporting characters, particularly Miles' brothers and Destiny's friends. They added a nice balance to the overall story. I'm looking forward to reading the Huntington brothers' stories.

Thank you to Hazels Booktours for this book. This is a great second chance contemporary romance.
Destiny and Miles were childhood best friends who drifted apart however learned that the drifting was because of meddling people. Destiny moves back to town and runs into Miles. They realized the spark was there and worked to repair their friendship and soon more. Candy and Caroline do everything they can to keep them apart. I loved the cattiness from Candy and how Miles was blind to it. It really added to the story.

I enjoyed reading this romance. A friends to strangers to lovers romance that had sweetness and cuteness and romantic scenes, but also some painful ones. It’s quite a good book for whoever is interested in the genre. There is no spice but the book does not suffer for lack of it. The dynamic between the characters is enjoyable and sometimes funny. I have to admit that the friendships relationships were a bit more interesting than the main romance one. Because of everything Miles and Destiny do, sometimes I got frustrated. But that same frustrating was what they were both feeling so, it makes sense. I enjoyed the scenes were inner thoughts from both to characters were shared and when they interacted with their friends and with one another with support and love. I feel like this book is a specifically good found family trope kinda book even though the three brothers are really blood related brothers. I feel like there is still more to know and appreciated about the other two, Malcom and Max, and even though we have add some clues (some more clear than others), I’m still interested in knowing what will happen to them.

This is the first book in a new series - The Huntington Brothers - and this is also a new author to me!
Destined For Love tells the story of Miles Huntington, the wealthy businessman, who re-connects with the woman who stole his heart over 15 years ago.
But can he overcome her reticence and deep seated feelings of betrayal.
The characters were both well presented and although the outcome seemed pretty clear cut, we are definitely taken on a journey that keeps us guessing to the end.
The chemistry and history that Destiny and Miles had was obvious from the start, even though Destiny did a great job of hiding it initially.
I loved the way the relationship developed over the course of the book and was rooting for the pair throughout.
My pet hate is trust - or lack of it - so it was interesting to see how Miles nibbled away and Destiny confronted her issues to once again be able to trust and find a way to forgive too.
As always with this genre, this was an emotional rollercoaster of a read. The writing style was perfect and had me enthralled from start to finish.
It was great to also get a little peek at what might be to follow as we see hints to the other Huntington Brothers in the family.
This is definitely a series that I can see myself following and can't wait to meet the others in the coming books.

The story: This is a second chance romance following the MCs who were close all through elementary and middle school until they were separated in high school. The two reconnect as adults back in their home town and have to navigate their own issues. The premise was pretty well thought out if not a bit beyond belief at times.
The writing: This is the part that knocked a star off for me, personally. The writing had a ton of potential but overused adjectives and could use another edit (some inconsistencies in character descriptions). The setting descriptions were good but dialogue was lacking at times. I think with another pass from a good editor, these issues could be resolved and it'd be a strong book.
While the book wasn't for me at times, it has a bunch of really great reviews which is proof that the story is solid and worth a read.

This is the story of Destiny and Miles. Miles and Destiny were childhood best friends and something happened and Destiny had to move away from Miles. She kept in touch with her two best friends, but Miles became distant and then there was an incriminating photograph of Miles with a childhood bully of Destiny and they stopped talking for a long number of years. BTW can I say I love a second chance romance?
The story was well written, and I was pleased to read this one. Destiny and Miles story was engaging to the readers. I hated Candy but understood why she was in the story! I also think that Destiny is way to forgiving because if I was her, I wouldn’t have forgiven what Miles did in the end of the book. I am just saying she forgave him way to easily, is my opinion😉 However, If you are looking for a good romance and a second chance troupe, this one is it for you!
I am looking forward to reading the next story, Malcolm and Lila’s story!

What a feel good book! Destiny, Lila and Miles have been friends since Kindergarten. Fast forward to High School when Destiny’s Father announces that they are moving. Destiny and Miles try to remain friends, but the vicious Candy gets in the way, causing Destiny to say goodbye to Miles forever - or so she thinks. Fast forward to adulthood, when Destiny returns to her hometown to work at the local bakery. She quickly finds out that Miles still resides there and owns a business of his own. They quickly reconnect, all while Candy is still in the picture. Will Candy get in the way of it all, or will she leave Miles and Destiny alone?
If you love Hallmark movies with a little bit of drama mixed in, you will greatly enjoy Destined for Love! It is a clean romance book with fade to black scenes. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a good, laid back read.

First off I want to start off by saying that this book has amazing potential. I love billionaire second chance romances and I think with some more work this book can easily be a 4 star book with an overhaul of edits and etc.
The story is good but I keep getting thrown off by random stuff all of a sudden throw in. With that being said my mind couldn’t handle it so I did DNF. That doesn’t mean I don’t plan to try again later.

I really enjoyed this friends to lovers, second chance romance. I really enjoyed the storyline and Destiny and Miles characters were well written. This book will take you in all types of emotions and a rollercoaster of twist and turns that keep you hooked. I would recommend adding this book to your TBR. I will be reading book 2!

All in all, this book was an easy read with a HEA. Sara left no loose ends and things wrap up nicely for our MCs and the antagonists. I enjoyed the challenge for our MCs to get to their HEA and that Destiney experiences her growth!
That being said, I did find the pacing to be off and scenes felt rushed. I didn’t understand the friendship between Candy and Miles, and Lila and Vivian could have been given more depth.
Friends to lovers is my favorite trope so I enjoyed the book and the chance to read!

*I want to preface this review with the fact that I got an unfinished copy so there were some mistakes and errors in my book that have been fixed in the updated copy* This book was a really good switch back to romance from all the fantasy I have been reading lately! The storyline was really interesting, more of a deep book then a cutesy rom-com I would say and it is very character driven you will love and hate ALL the right characters. I do wish we would have gotten some more girls night scenes, my absolute favorite moments were with the whole group together and I would love more filler scenes getting to know them more. But I really enjoyed this book especially since it is not something I would normally read I am really grateful to Sara for sending it to me! Also, I loved the brothers and am really excited to read Malcom's story next and I'm hoping for more Miles and Destiny content! Oh and PRETTY PLEASE I would love a prequel about Max and Vivi, they were by far my fav couple.

Easy, interesting read. I love second chance romances and this is one. Both main characters had their own issues and had to overcome them. Some of the book was a little far fetched and the conversations seemed childish, but it still was worth the time.

This was a great read with a slow burn that ended in a wow moment. I enjoyed the buildable characters and timeline. Nothing felt rushed or too slow, the pacing was great. The storyline drew me in and did not let go. I cannot wait for the next book!

The characters which are narrated in the story are so real and they grab you into their real world and heart melting emotions . The male character in the story complies with the entrepreneur and the female character takes you back to the past for a deeper connection

The book marvelously go deep down into the emotions and which can be communicated well with the readers. However, I couldn't help but notice that their mother Caroline is portrayed as an unkind person throughout the book. As this is the first book in the series, I can’t wait to read rest of the parts. It’s a story of one of the Huntington brother named Miles. How he meets a girl named Destiny in kindergarten. How they separate before advancing to high school as Destiny has to leave for another city with her father. Destiny moves to another city but her heart is still lingering among her childhood friends Lila and Miles. While Lila remains in touch with Destiny but Miles seems to drift apart and has a new friend named Candy. This makes Destiny uncomfortable and cuts off her ties with Miles. Later in life Destiny returns to the same city and how this love story comes to life is interesting to read. While Destiny’s character is well written that of a vibrant girl, Miles is also a self made hard working man. I like them as a couple.

This series would be perfect for people who love second chance love. I appreciate the author for researching the works of the main leads and describing it wherever necessary. That makes the reader understand the passion for the kind of job they pursue. I also loved the supportive brothers Max and Malcolm that they stick together, and also the girls for sticking together. Friendships like this a wholesome and that warms my heart. I often had shout at both the leads for their stupidity (especially Miles). Though being a romance novel, there is a pinch of thriller in the plot which is unexpected and engaging. The climax could not have been rushed, and the romance scenes could be longer, were the only suggestions that I could point out in the book, which is a drop in the ocean. If you enjoy a slow burn contemporary romance, do read Destined for love.

My fav part from this book is chapter two first paragraph when author showing there interest to know about life and a good they have lots of questions about how a good life looks.
I particularly liked this paragraph:
