Another enjoyable Fizz and Buchanan mystery. The main appeal is the tension between the two main characters, who fancy the pants off each other but will never admit it, and are such opposites in terms of personality that they infuriate each other.
It did wallow a bit with all the old folks in the rest-home type place, but overall there's plenty of action, and some farcical laugh-out-loud humour. The funniest bit came right at the end, unexpectedly. This series would make a great TV series, although it might seem dated as it's set just before widespread mobile phone use.

Editing?

Great story, love the characters. Would be a 4 star if they had a better grasp of punctuating properly . On to the next Fizz and Buchanan.

I am definitely a fan of this authors, but this was not that enticing. I will continue with the series however.
