Levi (age 23) just got signed to be a NFL player and being heralded the next great quarterback.
Kaylee Rose is hired as the new sports physiotherapist for Levi’s team.

I really couldn’t get behind the ‘cheating’ over ‘being forced’ comparison. Kaylee’s nonchalance attitude with her kiss with Colby. I mean she did publicly cheat on the guy and acts like it’s not a big deal. She contradicts herself by saying ‘he kissed me’ not ‘I kissed him.’ But then she was also thinking to herself Levi never took her to visit his family so who knows if he’s serious. I mean he wasn’t hiding their relationship and openly dating her, taking care of, and even took her to all parties he went to. He trusted that he was enough for her and she wouldn’t get all star-struck. THEN she goes on a date with Colby. That mentality actually does register with what a jersey chaser is. I mean this is more than stubborn pride, she really did publicly humiliate Levi on campus. Anyone would be hurt by that. AND she was still lying until the end when she didn’t want to admit things to her father. After judging Levi not wanting to tell his family. She’s just very lucky that Levi loves her so much but this skirting around the cheating thing did not jive well for me.

Dirty Player by Juliette N. Banks is a second chance, billionaire, and sports romance that explores the themes of love, loyalty and guilt. The novel features Levi Montgomery, the youngest of the Montgomery brothers and a newly minted NFL player for Philadelphia Hawkes and Kaylee Rose, a stunning, independent, young woman hired as a physiotherapist for Philadelphia Hawkes.

The story opens with Levi and Kaylee in their college years and the early stages of their romance. However, during one of the Philadelphia Hawke quarterbacks' birthday parties, Levi caught Kaylee kissing one of the quarterbacks, which put their relationship to the test. When Levi learns that Kaylee has gone on a date with the man she was caught kissing, he becomes even more hurt and disregards her calls because he feels deceived and humiliated. Allowing their relationship to end without any clarification.
After several months, Levi was selected to play for his NFL dream team, and to his astonishment, Kaylee was brought on board to serve as a physiotherapist for his new team. They must work cooperatively, but they must maintain their professionalism. Their need to move on from their hard breakup has left them unsure of what went wrong in their previous relationship, and Kaylee's small lie about what transpired at the party only serves to complicate matters. They eventually give in to their desires for one another and proceed to have a covert relationship, but uncertainty still hangs over this pair.
Will Kaylee be able to come clean about the betrayal at last, or will she be letting Levi go for good even though she loves him to protect her image in her family? Will Levi continue to exclude Kaylee from his family matters or will he be able to tell her how he feels?

After reading the first few chapters and recognizing that this is yet another book that uses the miscommunication trope, I have to admit that I'm a little unfulfilled. The explosive and addictive chemistry between Levi and Kaylee, however, is something I cannot dispute. This has helped me feel better somehow. Even though Kaylee's handling of the "cheating" situation raised some unlikable concerns for me, the story does have some character development. Overall, I've liked how Kaylee and Levi's story has added family dynamics and spicy hot scenes.

In summary, Dirty Player is a quick-paced novel that examines family ties, second chances at love, and the fallout from keeping secrets and lies.

The PLAYER

Levi was in his last year of college who played quarterback for Penn State. His dream is to play in the NFL. Specifically for the Philadelphia Hawkes. His dream comes true when he is drafted as quarterback for his team. He has several friends from the team and they were sure he would be picked. At a party with some of the players he is there with his girlfriend, Kaylee Rose. He sees her kissing a football player and right away she is cheating on him. First day of practice Kaylee Rose is there and he thinks she is stocking him. He soon finds out she is the new phsio for the team. What will happen between friends is what you need to read this book for.

Levi and Kaylee are HOT. Like scorching. Their chemistry is like a lava eruption with a never ending flow. A complication implodes their world but fate has plans for these two and when they literally crash back into each other the inevitable can’t be stopped. Love is a funny thing and when fear get’s in the way it can destroy everything but it can also conquer every obstacle if you want it bad enough. These two have to overcome some serious insecurity to reach the end of the game but it is so worth it when they do.

Levi and Kaylee are caught in the memories of their brief but steamy college relationship. It ended with a bang and hurt feelings but they've both had some time to grow up and apart. Now they are forced back into each other's daily lives and their chemistry is as hot as it ever was. Should they stay away or see if something can be salvaged? All I will say is I devoured this book in one sitting because I had to have the answers!!

Levi and Kaylee’s story bring you back to your first love in college. All of those feelings and lets face it raging hormones (this story is super HOT—tearing off each others clothes hot hot hot ) that come with being young are so evident in these amazing characters. They both have to get out of their own ways to find what they truly want. I loved their story and how much these characters grew over time. Their HEA was hard won by both of them but beautiful to see unfold

Totally enjoyed this book! Levi and Kaylee took us for a wild ride. The drama, the angst, the emotional turmoil and the sexy scenes all made for an exciting read. The chemistry between these two came off my kindle and lit my soul on fire! It was that good 😌 Levi is every girl’s dream and I love his dominant but protective nature. I didn’t want the story to end, but I’m happy they found their HEA ❤️

Oh my god!!! Absolutely loved Levi and Kaylee’s story! Sometimes I just wanted to shake them to get them to see how much they loved one another! This one gave me some tears too towards the end 😢 Love, Love, Love Juliette’s books! And I’m even more excited now for Ward’s book with that little bit of tease at the end!!! 😍

OMG!!! this book should have a warning that says “caution: very steamy hot and spicy scenes” i will forever be a fan of juliette banks. not only is she a wonderful person in person, but she never disappoints when it comes to her writing, no matter what the genre is. she crushes it. i cant wait to get into the final book of this series. highly recommend everything she writes.

Dirty Player left me feeling like I was there with Kaylee and Levi and all their feelings. I laughed and cried with them and for them. Their chemistry is off the charts and will give you all the feels. Their love story is one that everyone can connect with.

So spicy!
Levi and Kaylee are totally insatiable- too much is never enough  with them.

Was not a fan. There was an abrupt end to this book. Not a fan. Only positive thing I have to say is I liked how Atlas actually seemed to care about Molly’s mental health.
