All existence is vibration. Joseph Rael shows how we may experience spiritual reality by accessing vibration through drumming, chanting and vision quests.
Thorough read with understandable explanations. Part of selecting the book was a recent article I read on vibration. The details were more scientific to follow the theory and position espoused. The latter more on point and relatable versus my initial perspective that the read would be more mystical in nature than illustrative. As a neophyte to the offered relevance of vibration, I benefitted from the background shared. Moreover, enjoyed the cultural setting and training ground from the author’s lens from his Native American roots and Tiwa language. Tangentially, I adore the analogy as a theory aligned with the expansion and contraction of the heavens (stars).
It is w zen like book. Almost eastern thought. I did the vowel and the consonants with my name. Interesting. Not sure I buy into all this but read with sn open mind. I got book through inter library loan.
really interesting perspectives, and i loved the use of testimony throughout. this is the kind of thing i want to spend more time studying. i do wish the language used in the book was more accessible, as at times i found it difficult to understand the specifics of what rael was communicating.
Joseph Rael has created a universal conscious study of nature's laws and given us an evolutionary teaching in "Being & Vibration". This book is a fun, explorative read. Open you heart and mind.
There is living wisdom and power to unlock in this book. I'll be re-reading for a lifetime to unlock more levels of understanding as I put the ideas into practice.
