3.75 ⭐️ new to me author. Would I read this one again? Probably not. I liked the hunching scenes though 🤭 The story line was good.

nice very nice
This standalone was lit. My girl Miracle was catching hell for a min. Till ghost came in her life. Honcho was a snake and tried to spend stuff so many ways so he can blackmail u. But I guess he learned at the end he couldn’t always be on top of the world. I know ghost baby brother and babygirl momma was gonna have a spoiled rotten babygirl. U did good on yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and while waiting on the next book to read

fast read that I couldn’t put down
Listen this book had so many twist and turns. This was a new author to me. It had so much drama. This book unpacked abuse from both the mother and daughter in their relationships. Lesson be careful what you allow your kids to see bc it will most definitely effect their life in the future. I’m just glad Heaven finally stood up for herself in the end and got her happy ending with Ghost.

It's crazy how history repeats itself. Mother and daughter both were in abusive relationships and I'm glad they both got away. Huncho turned out to be worst than I thought he was. Jetson lost respect from me cause he could have taken care of Huncho before he decided to take him up on his offer. Overall, good read.

Great standalone
One thing about you you never disappoint. I just love your pen game truly💥💥💥. Heaven just let Tell tear her down I was so glad when Ghost came into her life and changed it for the better. Huncho wow was the worst kind of snake I'm glad he got what he deserved. Joy and Jetson with a daughter wow I would love a spin off.

what one guy won’t do….
Ghost was a God send to Heaven. I’m glad he showed her how to truly be loved and treated. Even he was a different person by holding off on hurting Rell because of her wishes and comfort. Joy deserved better to and I’m glad she got the freedom she needed and another chance at motherhood

Really good book
This book was good, I just hated how dumb Heaven was... she's making the money and giving it all to Rel.... nope not going to happen and then he's beating her too. I love how Ghost swooped right in and took what he wanted. Joy was getting her groove back I just hate she got hurt in the process, but it all turned out ok in the end.

Real Love
It’s crazy how Heaven said that she would never be in an abusive relationship like her mom Joy and ended up in one with Rell. Huncho, Joy’s current husband was a disgusting individual and he got what he deserved in the end just like Rell. I don’t blame Joy for not trusting Jetson and only co-parenting with him because he did he dirty.

She did it again.
I hated for this to end but I love how Ghost came in and saved Miracle from that horrible life. I wish that Jetson and her mom could have ended better bc despite what he did, I do feel like he had feelings for her. Great read! 10/10

A good read with a crazy storyline. The characters are both likeable, and interesting. With drama, secrets, lies, and abuse both mother and daughter dealing with snakes. Karma came for both men and made the story even better.
