I read this sooooo long ago, it is difficult to recall. But it was a bible of we hippies in the 70's, along with other books in the bourgeoning field of getting more into our bodies in a holistic, less driven way--such as Anne Kent Rush's Getting Clear (for women) or polarity books. A best-seller at the time.

Since it's been so long that I don't recall, and no longer have the book, but remember these types of things as I saw in the following, I am stealing a couple of apt lines from Amazon reviews:

"This charming 1970s asexual soft style book shows deep natural healing strokes are new to most civilized folks, unless you do deep massage, commune with nature, acupuncture, Chi Kung, deep yoga or meditating, Rebirthing breathwork &or deep relaxing. Maybe revolutionary to normal city people believing we need sex for orgasms."

And

"a break out book for the profession. Though it is more than a decade old it continues to be relevant."

It may seem dated at this point, but given how revolutionary and important it was at the time, I give it 4 stars.

Pretty old and dated. I guess for its time it might have been quite the book but now... Why bother?
