This book is wonderful for anyone wanting to begin learning improv, host improv parties, etc. I did a ton of these exercises with my middle school students over the course of two semesters to give them a taste of the dramatic arts since the school I taught in didn't have a drama program. They LOVED it and did so well with the help of the author's 5 Easy Rules for improv. The book takes you gradually through easy exercises all the way to harder improv scenarios. Wonderful book and this was a lifesaver for me as a teacher!

As an aside, i met the author when he presented at a non profit fundraiser i was involved with and he was a wonderful sweet guy.

I'm excited for in person team building with a lot of these. In the long run I feel reading this helps my own improv abilities and simply opening up to the moment. The most valuable things to my immediate needs will simply be finding ways to turn these moments into online viable team building techniques.
