This is such deeper meaning to this story than at first glance.

Despite it being a parody take on the traditional cultivator litepg genre, I enjoyed its subtle deep philosophy.

Read the whole thing in a few hours.

Classic rational fiction and power escalation, except the protagonist isn't also superintelligent, so most of the escalation comes from an external framework. Which is not nearly as fun. The concept reminded me a lot of the book Off To Be A Wizard. The ending felt unsatisfying.

A unique short story about a pebble in a videogame. Really clever, humorous, surprising, and also has depth.
