This book was incredible. Exactly what I was looking for! It takes you through the process step by step and the author clearly knows what he’s talking about. I wish I would have read this book a long time ago. The tips in this book are going to apply to all areas of art, not just caricatures!
His notion of anchor and pivot points is useful, but otherwise there is very little here. Book will teach you to draw how he draws, but that’s about it.
Good guide for beginners! It helped me get the basic concepts behind caricature drawing. It is easy to follow and has helpful photos to showing transition from subjects to drawings.
