Amazing introduction to somatic therapy!

The author is very easy to understand and presents a comprehensive introduction to somatic therapy! The exercises are easy to understand and complete.

To me it is an impressive book that demonstrates the powerful impact of art therapy in addressing trauma, depression, or PTSD. The connection between the body and creativity is explained in a compassionate way, and the exercises are easy to follow.
