Received as a review copy from Story Origin, this is an honest review. This story may only be a few long but it's packed from its first page to the last one with harrowing, poignant depth that keeps the story engaging at a break-neck pace. The story surrounds the Silcrum family and what was suppose to be a much needed escape deep into the snowy woods to rekindle the love and togetherness the family once had. What it dissolves into is an avalanche of heartache, betrayal and dark passions whose haunting consequences will echo for a long time to come. Highly recommended.

Ready for part two!

This was a short read that packed a lot into its pages. It was a suspenseful murder mystery with messiness etched between. By the end the reader is left wondering what the heck just happened, and what's going to happen next. On to part two!!

This is one twisted book. You think you know what happened then find out that everything you thought you knew was wrong. I didn't like the ending though but that's all I'll say about that. I hope the author writes a second one to this and finishes the story. I liked the style and it keeps you reading all the way to the end. Looking forward to a second book.
I received this book for free for a fair and honest review.

2.5 ⭐️ kind of all over the place with a handful of missed spelt words and grammatical errors. But catchy story.

I found it a little bit hard to follow with so many things going on in such a small amount of time - but definitely appreciate where the story is heading and the twists certainly threw me off!
