May 23, 2024Whew! Re-releasing books I wrote 10+ years ago has been a wild, and yet intoxicating ride. I'd forgotten so many of the twists and turns and by the end, even I was in tears.
I hope when you read the Carthage Chronicles series, you'll marvel at the courage of these heroes of faith.
The 3 main books in this series are now all available in PRINT. If you give this time travel a read, I pray you'll be inspired by the courage of those who've gone before us.

Ooohhh my!!!
Fabulous series. The depth of faith in Christ Jesus...the dramas of daily life in Carthage during plagues...the humanness of relationships...mistakes, doubts, selfishness of Rome...but over all the Divine gift of forgiveness developing in the main characters is marvelous and gratifying.

I enjoyed getting an ending to the story but this book wasn’t as amazing as the first book in the series.

Skimmed it. It sucked more than the other 2. I've come to the conclusion that Kindle Unlimited books are just bad and not worth my time to read.

Fantastic conclusion! This story was epic! It just might be my favorite in the series. Even though this time period was a bit dark, this story had so much hope and redemption. Highly recommend!

Definitely better than the second book. I loved that there was closure for everyone. It allowed me as a reader some closure as well. The ending was everything I knew it would be, but so much more.
