An enjoyable book to read. Inspirational messages as the message of parenting by thinking "What would Jesus do?" Is explored. The author looks at various attributes of Jesus and discussed how they can be used to parent our children.

Four things I liked about this book: (1) It's focused on Christ! The greatest example of righteous influence. (2) It illustrates each concept with specific, real-life stories from real parents, that I can relate with. (3) It doesn't resort to any fancy terminology or trademarked parenting "method." It uses down-to-earth, straightforward, plain language and common sense. (4) It includes worksheets at the end of each chapter, to help the reader think about and begin applying the concepts.

Initially, I thought it would only be useful for parents of young children, but it turned out to be an invaluable resource for parents of older kids and anyone looking to improve their interpersonal relationships. The way it beautifully illustrates using Christ's examples from the scriptures to foster good behavior and nurturing, loving relationships is truly inspiring. This book is exactly what it says it it, and I loved that! Each chapter is focused a different way Christ was and how we can be like that in our parenting. Very, very inspiring.
