This was a good read. It was simple and easy to understand. I appreciate that Theresa Caragol outlines the ways in achieving success and growth, but she also explains each and every step to reach your goal. She provides examples of it succeeding so you know it works! At the end of the day, it's listening and communicating with your workers on working towards that goal. Everyone should pick up this book. It can be applicable towards everything I think. I appreciate that she has exercises for you, the leader, to do, but also to do with your workers. It's a start to creating a wonderful relationship between the two!
