Rate this book
When the moon-marked are called, the darkness will follow...

The evil witch Emrysa is gathering strength to summon her Dark Army to life, and the Cheval triplets must find a way to thwart her once and for all.

But while Morganne and Amara study dark magic with Merlin, the king’s magician in Camelot, Fae discovers darker secrets hidden beneath an alchemist’s castle built on lies and deceit—a secret that will bring her closer to the evil witch than she ever anticipated.

But with the evil army rising, the darkness descending, and the moon-marked morphing into otherworldly beings, Fae needs to do more than learn the art of alchemy to help protect the people of Camelot.

She needs to learn how to open portals into other worlds, enlist help from ancient magical beings, and allow her dragon heart to roar.

Afterall, there are darker things than secrets, but can Fae handle the truth?

Dragon Heart is filled with the beautiful prose and magic one has come to expect from the author along with a lovely storyline full of plot twists and surprised that keeps the reader wanting more. This is a must read series for fantasy/paranormal lovers!

For the first time the three sisters will be separated. The threat from Emrysa is still very real, and with her linked to the physical location of their cottage, it is no longer safe for the girls to stay there. Their mother will try and reform the coven that imprisoned Emrysa originally.

The sisters are faced with a choice. Their father has been sent for. He can provide protection for his daughters, but since he has been absent for their upbringing, Morganne and Amara are disinclined to go with him.

The three sisters have been invited to stay at Camelot. Morganne chooses to follow her heart and accompany Bedivere back to his home in Camelot. Amara chooses to join them. After all the king has a great wizard, Merlin, there. Who better to study magic under with their mother gone?

Fae alone decides to go with her father. She has always stood back, being the youngest. This is her chance to really explore herself without holding back on the magic that runs through her veins.

The girls’ father is also invested in stopping Emrysa. He is a great alchemist. Fae has a whole new field opened up for study with him. Fae is looking forward to the opportunities that await.

Will Emrysa be foiled at last? How long will the sisters be apart? In many ways they are stronger together. Join the battle against evil with Dragon Heart today.

This the 3rd book in this series full of magic and witches becomes even darker as the three sisters, Morganne, Amara and Fae are being threatened by the witch Emrysa and her evil intentions. She has been reawakened by Morganne and now all of them are going to pay the price. They are told to split up with the two elder sisters going on to Camelot with Bedivere to meet up with Merlin whilst Fae the youngest sister goes with her father who is a sorcerer but who she has not seen in years. Their mother goes to try to get together her old coven, the same coven that had bound and cursed Emrysa so many years ago. A tale woven long ago, held together by alchemy, magic, lies and deceit. If a curse started all this turmoil, who was to blame? And how could the sisters fight fate and change the inevitable future from spinning out of control? I really enjoyed reading about the new Fae, who is no longer the younger sister of air and light, but a terribly strong sister possessing a dragon heart and the powers that came with it. Love also that the story brings in Merlin, Arthur’s knights and Camelot and that the fight of good against evil takes place in Camelot as I am a great fan of Arthurian lore as well as anything to do with dragons. And the ending to the book is spectacular leaving us wondering whether Emrysa is lying and up to her tricks again or not! This series though getting darker is also becoming stronger in all its aspects.

The adventures that surround the sisters has become very dangerous since the rising of Emrysa. Fae goes to learn alchemy from her father and Amara follows Morganne to Camelot. Fae learns that her father is not what she expected. Experiments by her father, his assistant and his house maid, make Fae feel that she is in danger. Morganne is still suffering from the magic of Emrysa. There Is a darkness that seems to be covering the land. Fae must discover her full magic power to help overcome the darkness. Read this page-turning tale to discover how Fae must follow her heart and magic to help save her sisters and everyone else from the darkness. Who wins? Does Anyone?

Action-packed and dragon-filled! The sisters and their world expand in this third book of the series, as more mysteries about the past and the family are revealed and as the setting moves to their father's home and to Camelot. Nothing is what it seems! I loved the dragons!! The fierce battle at Camelot had me completely engrossed, and the cliffhanger ending has me extremely anxious for the fourth book!
