The ending of the arc was really cool. I love seeing everyone relax after the big fight, the found family tropes are really hitting hard and I swear nobody better get hurt or ripped away. I also love seeing Rudo grow and learn- with the help of Zanka, who's helped by Enjin. The kids being kids was really heartwarming. Still had some funny moments. I have no idea where the plot is going to go next, but I'm here for it.

i feel like most volumes of this series leave me wanting to reread the entire thing and rewatch the anime and maybe try to find fan translated newer chapters because GOD is this story and the world and all the characters within it so addictive. i’m absolutely buzzing with all the questions that have come up during this volume and the conclusion of this arc, and i think i might explode from excitement when i finally get my hands on volume 11 and get to read completely new content again

I don’t have too much to say about this volume, but a few things do stand out.

1. Guita is amazing. Her vital instrument is so cool! She looks so cute in her monster form 💖😭💖 I absolutely love that she was the one to save the day. The Cleaners truly made it out of that shit all thanks to her. I want to give her head pats 😩

2. Rudo is my sweet baby child! I love how he wanted to bring flowers to Zanka as a get well soon gift 🥺 That was so sweet! He wanted to do some sort of gesture to show he cares. My heart melted! Not only that, but he also wanted to comfort Remlin after he felt bad about the spell he put on Zanka! It was so adorable seeing Rudo ask Remlin to teach him how to draw. So, then all the kiddos that are part of the Cleaners were just doodling together 🧎🏻‍♀️ My heart can’t take this shit!

3. It was nice to see Zanka step up a bit more as a mentor to Rudo. This I can get behind 🙂‍↕️

All in all, the heart yearns for more Gachiakuta 😩

It's been so long since I read the last volume of this series, so I'd forgotten how insane the art style is. Some of the hairstyles on the other hand are just bizarre as fuck. The art kid? A ponytail on the back of his head (totally normal), in combination with a ponytail smack in the middle of his forehead??? It looks so weird from the back. Some of the expressions are also borderline spooky.
I also still think it's an interesting concept for a magic system with the items gaining power with how much of a connection you have.

yo de verdad hay algo que esta mujer no haga bien??! Rollo la trama es súper original y entretenida, los personajes están muy bien construidos y elaborados, tanto su desarrollo y sus rasgos psicológicos como su diseño físicamente además de la creatividad que llevan. Luego los paneles, las composiciones y las perspectivas son una puta pasada. Añadiendo como guinda del pastel lo bien que desempeña su estilo de dibujo y todo en general.

Seh ich da am Ende... Charakterentwicklung, Rudo? (oder zumindest der Versuch haha)
Mal sehen, ob er es noch schafft, seine Gefühle richtig zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Aber diese Unbeholfenheit macht ihn als Protagonist sympathisch.

Und ein gigantischer Plüsch-Kaiju als Jinki!?! Definitiv ab sofort mein Lieblings-Jinki!

Ansonsten wieder wunderschön gezeichnete Actionszenen, von denen ich einfach nicht genug bekomme.

I'm afraid we've entered a period of drudgery. The previous arc has already taken a long time to conclude and decompression has taken the interest away - drawing competition for the youngsters in the team - yippee! What tension! - and the arrival of new protagonists is causing a certain amount of boredom.

Even the drawing has taken a break in this volume and the sparkle has faded.

Rudo being put in charge of the kids for the outing is SO funny. I'm lowkey obsessed with this series and how it balances 1. serious issues with humor and 2. plot and character development. It's a great time and isn't rushing to an ending- I truly don't know where it's going and I LOVE that. ALSO: MORE ZANKA FAMILY HISTORY COMING SOON?!

I just don't have the patience to wait, I need the answers. In this volume it's talk a little bit of Rudo's family and from where they come from. Not only that, I feel like I can't even trust Enjin. Like... how can I say this without spoiling it... Who is Enjin? Who are the Surebec? What's witht the Watchman series?
