I absolutely knew from the first book that someone was crazy...I initially thought it was a different individual....Rayshon & Leila went through so much turmoil in their marriage....and the biggest obstacle was partly because Rayshon was just too nice and Krazy Karen took complete advantage of that. This was a very interesting part 2....wasn't hard for me to figure out because of the explanation given during narration. There was certain things that was very easy to figure out....It was still a very interesting read. I'm very interested to see what happens in part 3.
Oh my God....this book is phenomenal and shocking. Filled with high impact drama that is so intense, emotional and physical twists. I think it should be called "Betrayal and Lies"....Each characters were well developed with extensive background details.
This book deals with mental and health problems. Karen could not grasped the reality that Rayshon, was never in love with her and will never be part of her life. Lealia is such a strong woman, who loved her husband, Rayshon, and kids, unconditionally.
This book was good but it was stressing me out! The main characters Leila, Rayshon, and Christa got slap on my nerves for being so gullible! The story was going kinda slow, considering it was a second book, but it got really good and ended up being a page turner.
Rayson and Leila have a growing family with the growing success of Rayshon’s fitness business. But with a not so happy home comes outside influence that is trying to break up a happy home.
THOUGHTS
First of all, after finishing Now You Wanna Come Back 2, I don’t know who is worst, Katrina from pt.1 or Karen from pt.2. Although I would say Karen because apparently evil left one of their kids behind; that chick was evil and crazy.
In ‘Now You Wanna Come Back 2’, life isn’t so rosy after Rayshon and Leila is now married for a few years. I felt a déjà vu moment within the beginning of the story as Leila almost had the same mood of not feeling satisfied in pt.2 as she did in pt.1. While she is sad about her business, a baby on the way and wanting more from Rayshon, she almost felt depress. Rayshon’s business was thriving and that left him no time for family. The author developed both characters more from the previous book, as I thought how Leila dealt with another woman the second time around was done differently.
After the author established where everyone is currently in their life from the previous book, all hell broke lose. In stead of a love triangle, there was some serious love octagon going on with so many sides. This one loves that one, but can’t have her; this one stalk that one, that one wants a relationship but always feels like the runner up, and it goes on creating one of the best dramas I have read between couples and friends. Of course, with the drama comes frustration with the actions of Rayson, Leila and Devon.
I was so angry and disappointed in Rayson, one mistake almost cost him everything. Leila was stronger but seems to have wool over her eyes when it comes to Devon. Devon, he was confusing. It was hard to figure him out, even though his intentions were clear regarding Leila. Christa, she was the most confusing friend to have, especially when she is dating your ex. Lastly, Karen, *rolling my eyes*.
I loved this book and I got closure with Rayson and Leila in the end, however, I didn’t get closure with Devon and his situation. I am only hoping that with the kind of ending that was given, it will lead to a pt.3 and maybe Devon gets his own story; I’m starting to actually feel sorry for him-ish.

This book was great...I love the first book..but this was way better...Anna really did her thang with this one...I love the way everything played out....The drama started from the beginning to the end...My first thought with Christa was she was wrong for even trying to date Leila's ex husband...I mean how did she expect to be her girl and date he ex...I knew there would be trouble in paradise for her...Rayshon surprised me with his actions in this book...I was always rooting for him tho and he did not disappoint me at all...At times I thought Leila was a little over board with her relationship...or friendship with Devon...I mean some of the things that happen...kind of shocked me that Rayshon did not flip out on Devon...I would've of loved to see Rayshon go to his assets...but i can see that Damon was trying to write his wrong...but it was a little to late for that...I'm glad he finally realized that...Katrina shocked me as the good villain in this book..I did not see that coming..but I did love the role she played in this book...Now that chic Karen..she really had this book on a roller coaster ride...She was the ultimate crazy....This book was a page turner ...I read it in one day....I will definitely recommend this book...
This one was a joy to read. After I read the first one I rushed to read this book. I am a sucker for a strong love story. The characters in this book are so love able. I quickly became attached to Leila and Rayshon. I wanted them to stay together so badly and the story didn't disappoint. Even though they went through some times that would make most women throw in the towel, their love out last the entire moment that Karen spent trying to pawn a baby off on Rayshon so that she could get him for herself. I was sad for Devon but glad that he and Leila kept a friendship so that they we able to effectively co-parent. That's just something that is rarely seen in a divorced couple. This book had me in tears. Bravo!
The story picked up seamlessly from part one. It was a smooth quick read although predictable. Grammatical errors plagued this story (tense use, and possessives) and that is so irritating to me. It takes away from the experience. Toward the last third of the book the mistakes were so much that at times I wanted to cringe. Good story but I took a star away for this reason. If I can borrow from my library I will partake on other titles from this author but I will not spend money on a book that was not edited properly.
Great sequal!!!!! It picks right back off from part one.More drama than the last.
Rayshon and Lelia just cant seem to enjoy their marriage soon as it get good here come another hurdle being thrown at them. This book really will have you switching emotions ever five minutes. Its also a great romance story to get away from the daily urban fiction but trip it still has all the things we love included.I cant wait for part 3 I have really enjoyed the series and the character so fair and i love how they all tie into each other. good job ANNA!!!!.
Just finished and it was better than part 1. I couldn't stop reading because I just wanted to know what was next. As much as I love Rayshon I wanted to shake him at times and Devon, I don't hate him so much anymore. I don't want to say too much, you just have to read it for yourself. I'm officially an Anna Black fan. Luck of the Draw then onto Who Do I Run To. Great job Ms. Anna!
I enjoyed reading part 2. I think they are a great couple together. I was starting to question her husband loyalty but....don't want to spoil the book. Looking forward to part 3.
Loved it! I love reading books about "grown folks" with real life issues! Lots of drama, kept my attention! I will read the next book in the series, the last one actually!
Man Karen Is Batshit Crazy. All In Love With A Man She Had A One Night Stand With Six Years Ago. But Rayshon And Leila Got On My Entire Nerves This Book. Holding On To The Past And Not Having Time For Eachother Did A Number On Their Trust Factor. So Every Little Thing Turned Into Something Big Because They Weren’t Communicating Or Spending Time Together. And Devon Thought He Was So Smooth. He Need To Get On With His Life Because Rayshon Gonna End Up Hurting Him.
Ray did not learn from the first book about being so friendly and nice lol many many ups and downs sheesh! He went from being a standup, honorable guy to a complete narcissistic asshole. He stopped communicating and being in partnership with Leila, he was only sorry and sympathetic when it all got the fan.
If you loved the first book, you love the second one. This book had me stressing out lol but I love it. I love when a book is so good that you can't put it down. I was wondering what was gonna happen next and this book did not disappoint
This book was so good. That was so much twisted turns to the point you ain't know what was gonna happen. Rayshon and Lelia ended up making it worse all the bull crap end up staying together. Karen was crazy as hell.
This was a good read. I was so happy to see that Leila finally got a back bone and stood up for what she believed in. It was nice to see her come such a far way, and develop a stronger self esteem for herself. Rayshon was still a good man, but he really did almost a 180 with his behavior. I couldn't believe some of the predicaments he got himself into. Devon, my perception of him totally turned around. Although he was secretly trying to be a snake, his intentions were actually good. And it was good to see him try to do right by his wife in the end. Karen was a total nutcase, but her storyline did make the book a bit more interesting. I would say that all the characters made major improvements to themselves and it was for the better in the end.
Much juicier than book one but also more typos. Why Ray continues to be "nice" aka stupid is annoying at this point bc he repeatedly placed himself in situations easily avoidable.
Devon and Leila continue their dance of "friends" and the intermingling of the exes is a mystery. The story line between Kennedy and Cher was mentioned but not explored as if there's a 1.5 written somewhere I haven't seen. Perhaps she's saving that for book 3. We shall see
I absolutely loved this book. I did not want to put it down. I loved the way her characters in the book didn't change from the previous one. The twists that she included in her story line kept me on my toes the entire time I was reading it. She did a Great job. I'm ready to read more books by her and by the publisher (Delphine Publications).
Talk about drama, this book is full of it. From one character to the next they had something crazy going on in their lives. I never thought it would end with attempt to murderer.....wow kept you on your toes. It is really a good read.
3.5 Star rating.....This was a pretty good read .....didn't understand how Ray's mind was working and at some point I was wondering was it working at all......
