Yesssssssssss. Yes.
I took this book from my friends mom and I had to give it back a few days ago during my second read through and now im sad. Will someone buy this book for me? Pleaaaaaase!
Jokes we just spoke and she said she might give it back to me if she doesnt read it. I’m holding out

Very clear and incisive perspective on Buddhism, written in a way that is almost entirely available to the secular meditator (which I am).
