Ballerina vigilantes. Werewolves and vampires. Living robots and creatures of mythology. Undersea kaiju and threats from beyond the stars. And maybe even a holiday story or two. In the universe of the Indestructibles—the “Indestructiverse,” you might say—you’ll find all these things and more.
Tales from the Indestructiverse collects ten years of short tales styled like comic book origin stories and deep background from the super-team’s past, solo side adventures, insights into how they became heroes, and sometimes why they keep going.
Not only does Tales from the Indestructiverse bring every previously digital-only in-universe short story to print for the first time, it also includes seven new adventures, a team of heroes from the 1800s who were a precursor to the Indestructibles; how the ancient gods impact modern day superpowered humans; a first-time team-up between the Indestructibles and the cast of Echo and the Sea; the beginning of a never-before-seen villain; and more.
