Great For Managing Dating Nervousness

This book is great for anyone who is grappling with dating nervousness. The book shares great techniques that strengthen emotional intelligence as well as helping with dating. I appreciated the sections on being yourself not who you think they want you to be, and setting boundaries. I think these are much needed for so many of us. I would recommend this to someone who had never dated, as well as to someone who has not dated in a while. It's a great book and filled with meaningful techniques to help you be your healthiest, most authentic self.

interesting perspectives

I do feel most of it was easy to understand and have already accomplished without actually dating. Tried dating apps but literally have had no actual interested parties that weren’t trying for something easy or just looking for fun, I am way past that stage in life and have boundaries so I deleted those useless things and will continue to focus on self care and learning.

Short read with good advice

The author did a good job of putting together good dating advice in a short book. After all, do you want to spend time reading or getting out there to meet new people? There are some activities, such as journaling, recommended in the book to reinforce the recommendations. It's a good starting point. The communication advice presented transcends dating, and can also bring success in networking scenarios socially or professionally.

Thought this was a great read. This eight step guide will help you feel less awkward and help you to not overthink. It's ok to put yourself out there. People need to go ok n more dates so I thought this was great I'm going to try some of these things next time I go out.

If you’re having issues dating and need advice, this is your best bet. If you’re struggling to be authentic, understand that you’re having issues being secure and validating yourself and your values. Once you become confident in yourself and truly accept your own accountability you can be very successful and happy in relationships.

This book has some great dating advice! It's hard out there in these times, and this book provides a wealth of information on how to find your confidence and be your authentic self. Buy a journal and do the challenges in this book! I highly recommend it!!
