DNF at 30% Oh man, do you ever find a book and theoretically it should be perfect! Exactly the trope you like, the dynamics you like, the plot set up you want and then you read the book...and it's just a dud. That's what this was, I wanted to like it so damn bad! But I had to force myself to make it to 30%. For one thing, neither of the characters is likeable and there's no story being told, just characters with melodramatic inner monologue AND dialogue. 30% in and I could tell you next to nothing about the family he's in or what they do or even what sport he plays, I think football? No ages, nothing about his ex best friend other than they had a falling out over a misunderstanding. Then he finally see the MFC again and she is just the absolute worst! The seriously go on page after page with he same repetitive lines! He's all "Tell me why you're here!" and little Miss Angry Pants is always hissing her response which is a multiple choice of one of these options "What's it to you?" "Just leave me alone!" "Don't act like you care!" over and over and over, this is all the way, they never talk about anything, they just vomit out their very repetitive, one dimensional emotions "You're mine!" "Uh, leave me alooooone!" "no, tell me why you're here!" "Just leave me alooooone" gah, I need a lobotomy. About the time she started being a cam girl I was done. The author can't have ever seen a cam show, the FMC just sat with thousands of viewers fully clothed in a mask and regaled them with tales of her day and overly flower descriptions of her perfect date that sounded more like the fever dream of Belle from "Beauty and the Beast" than any kind of legit cam show. At this point I was both annoyed and bored out of my mind, not even interesting enough for a rage read. Bummer.
DNF 30%. I tried to push through, but the dialogue/conversations are so cringey and repetitive. The arguing and back and forth was tiresome; saying the same thing over and over during a conversation, just rephrased in a different way? I just can’t do it. So far, it’s predictable and just not holding my attention unfortunately.
DNF @ 5% - hero’s POV is insufferable. He sounds like a middle aged woman. The inner monologues are over written. 19 year old young men do not think like this.

I couldn’t find a lot of things I liked about either MC unfortunately, but I think I was too focused on the plot holes and potential missed info.. but honestly not enough to want to read book 1.

Jeremiah and Oakley, love a good brother’s ex best friend to lovers.
The entertainment does not end with book one bc all the brothers blow a gasket for their women I’m learning lol.
These men are unhinged and will do anything for their obsession and I am here for it!
Jeremiah was everything I needed him to be as a Blackwood: brooding, unhinged, obsessed and he will off you if you touch Oakley, facts.
Oakley was not some sissy girl and I’m learning these men do not go after women who can’t handle their own. She is softer than Iris was but man this girl has grit.
And Penn. Sweet psychotic angel Penn. I can’t wait to read his book. This man had some of the best one liners in this book.
Like I said, these books are highly entertaining if you are looking for an unhinged man who goes off the rails for his woman at the slightest inconvenience to her.
Because whether she hates me or not, Oakley Ashford is mine to save. Mine to protect. Just fucking mine.

✨️ This book was a wild ride. It had me on the edge of my seat with the mystery, drama, and spice. This was the epitome of Bad boy x Good Girl. I enjoyed the side characters, with Penn standing out. I can't wait to read his book!
Thank you to Havoc Wilde and The Author Agency for allowing me to read and review this ARC. This book will be released on August 22nd.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 ✅TW’s I love this series so much from Havoc. The previous book was so good, I knew I had to read this one. Each book is a standalone about a different couple. This book is about Jeremiah and Oakley. Jeremiah is Lincoln’s brother, the MMC from the previous book. Jeremiah used to be friends with Oakleys older brother, but they had a falling out. Oakley and Jeremiah were also friends and had a lot of tension between them. Jeremiah also had a falling out with Oakley. Two years later he finds her again, the feelings he always had for her swing up again. I love a possessive obsessive man and Jeremiah is it. I loved him so much. He was so hot. I need a man like Jeremiah in my life. I can’t wait to see Penn and Graham’s books. Tropes: -ex best friends little sister -romantic suspense -touch her and ☠️ -bad boy/ good girl -jealous/ possessive -sports/ football Arc exchanged for a honest review.
This was another 4.5 star read for me! I loved this dark new adult romance. I'm a sucker for best friend or former best friend's sibling and this one had just the right darkness to capture me. Jeremiah is absolutely possessive and obsessive. Oakley has always been his obsession and I love how consistent he is from the second their paths cross again. Oakley is rightfully gunshy after her trauma and abandonment issues. I admired her desire to work through her issues, but also, when things started to get too dangerous, she finally was able to accept help. I definitely felt like these two had a connection, especially as Jeremiah was patient with her trauma. The real show stopper though is bat crap crazy brother Penn. I'm dying for his story and will definitely continue reading this series!
This book has everything: childhood friends to enemies to lovers, spice, only soft for her, suspense, overcoming trauma, touch her and ☠️. If I had the time I would have easily finished this in one sitting. I loved getting to know the main characters Jeremiah and Oakley individually and seeing them bring out the best in each other. This is a part of a series but can be read as a standalone, but you’ll definitely want to read the other books in the series after meeting Jeremiah’s brothers. The spice is so well done and delicious, but it doesn’t overwhelm the plot at all. The pacing is good, and the mystery/suspense element is an added bonus. Highly recommend! 4/5⭐️ 4/5🌶️
I loved Jeremiah and Oakley's book. It's a slow burn til you get about 50% in and the it gets hot. They have always loved each other and when Oakley shows up at his school he is set to claim her for good. She has dealt w some trauma and he is so caring and patient w her.. but he is very possessive. He would kill for her... I give it a 3.5 on spice level. Really great read and ready for some more brothers
I likes this darker, college romance. It had a lot of elements and tropes that I really enjoyed.
I really like that Oakley was trying to take back control of her life after a traumatic event and how strong she was! Jeremiah was the perfect alpha-hole and I loved how over the top he was!
Overall, I enjoyed the book. There were a few things that felt really repetitive, and the pacing seemed a little off at times. I want to continue the series, because of how much I loved the supporting characters and want to see more!
Jeremiah one’s out swinging with the obsession and possessive behavior for Oakley. They were friends as teenagers who were into each other until a fight between Jeremiah and Oakley’s brother but hadn’t seen each other in 2yrs. Jeremiah runs into Oakley at a party and from there he doesn’t let her go.

I can’t wait to see what’s in story for the rest of the brothers.
I really liked that we got a glimpse of the main characters in the first book. Oakley and Jeremiah’s story is amazing. I love how they complement each other.
Tropes: College Football Friends to Enemies to Lovers Ex-Best Friends Little Sister Jealous Possessive Hero Romantic Suspense
In one night Jeremiah was accused of betrayal, he lost his best friend and was fo used the only girl he ever loved. Now 2 years later Oakley appears back in his life, this time he won't let her go.
Oakley was not only abandoned by Jeremiah, but also her brother. Both disappeared from her life and she was left all alone, with no one to protect her.
I loved that Jeremiah decided to be in Oakley's life again and not back down this time. Him using lessons to win her back was devious, but I liked it. And he kept his promise of always keeping her safe.
I really liked the concept of this book. A second chance romance with hurt/comfort and spicy lessons. The connection between Oakley and Jeremiah were very genuine and I was happy they were finally together. I did feel the angry conversations in this story could have been better. They felt very repetitive and were leading nowhere several times. These conversations lasted until the 45-50% part. Then again when Royce returned the conversation felt forced and unproductive.
I am freaking love this whole series so far. Like the friends to lover moment in this whole book was amazing I read this book in one whole day I couldn't put it down like from the very beginning of the book I was thinking these two people are going to be broken apart for some type of family feud and it going to end badly for one of them and I was right but then they one night at a college party he see her and he was like why is she here and she is going to be mine and only mine but something happen at the party to her and he had to save her from some bad guy that want to hurt her. But as time when on in the story they were falling back in love with each other and then she found out that she had a stalker and now he is going to is to catch the person and the guy that hurt her. I hate his father for some reason. I'm glad they all got their revenge out on the people that had hurt them in the past. I'm glad they finally found some peace and happy for now. I want to know why her brother came back and where he was at so many questions. I can't wait to read about the next brother and why is getting marry.

Wow....Havoc Wilde is seriously becoming one of my favorite authors. The Blackwood Brothers phew they are melt in your mouth delicious and live rent-free in my book boyfriend fantasy's.
This is the second in the Blackwood Brothers series. If you read the first book, you met and felt some of Jerimiah and Oakley's tension while Linc focused on his own drama. The timelines do overlap, so you'll see that drama from another angle as well. The Blackwood Brothers don't change much they're still living the college dream of doing what they want when they want as football stars whose cutthroat father runs the campus and the town. The chaos they start always seems to over follow from them to the innocent ones they love.
When I first looked at Jerimiah as a character, I was certain he was going to be a maximum alpha jerkhole but, the way that Havoc Wilde develops his character...WOW Chefs Kiss Perfection. There are so many layers to Jerimiah Blackwood, and he truly is the perfect sweet and spicy mixture. The same can be said about little Miss Innocent Oakley she might look sweet in those cute little sun dresses, but after the hurt she faces emotionally and physically, she is rebuilding herself strong and naughtier than ever.
Now while I know you will love Jerimiah and Oakley as much as you loved Linc and Iris let me tell you you are going to fall absolutely head over heels in manic love with the chaos stirring unhinged Penn Pennywise Blackwood and the ever so cool on the outside tear your throat out Graham Blackwood. #AlwaysPennsNumber1Fan
For real, the way that Havoc Wilde develops even side characters in her books is just mind-blowing, and it draws you into the other books, edging you and teasing you along the way.
"I known I'm fucked. Now that I have eyes on her again, hell, now that I have hands on her again and I can feel her fucking heartbeat through her dam thighs...I'm not letting her out of my sight again."
"Don't listen to anything you hear. I'd never keep you a secret. I will burn this whole campus to the ground to let every last person know I am owned by only you. "

Jeremiah Blackwood and his three brothers rule their school and all of them are feared from their antics and because of the power that their father, Robert, seems to hold over everyone. He has never been in a serious relationship after losing the girl he loved before he could confess how he felt.
Oakley Ashford’s older brother Royce was best friends with Jeremiah until the two got into a fight over a girl and both disappeared from Oakley’s life. Now she is struggling to get by after an event shook her to the core and she switches schools.
When Jeremiah spots Oakley at a party at St. Charles University he knows he wants her at any cost but after everything Oakley has lost she’s not willing to trust Jeremiah once again.
This is the second book in the Wicked Brothers of SCU series and although it isn’t necessary to read the first book first I do highly recommend it due to some overlapping story lines and character development.
Jeremiah is an interesting character as I feel that there is so much more about the Blackwood Brothers that we haven’t learned about in the first two books and everything that they went through with their father, Robert. The brothers all have an interesting relationship as it’s clear they would do anything for each other but the dialogue between them all is pretty harsh. Jeremiah is extremely protective and when he sees Oakley again there isn’t anything that he wouldn’t do to protect her after letting her down in the past.
Oakley is trying to reclaim the power in her life after an incident left her unsettled and fearful. Yet the way she believes to reclaim it has only caught the attention of many other people. She is very angry with both her brother, Royce, and at Jeremiah for how they each left her.
There is a huge amount of chemistry between Oakley and Jeremiah due to their past and Jeremiah immediately goes caveman over Oakley and doesn’t want to let her out of his sight. With Oakley, Jeremiah is a different person and extremely patient but his protectiveness is huge. I really like these two together as they both bring out so much in the other.
There was a good amount of mystery involved and certain creepy events to keep you wondering what was going to happen next. I was shocked over who was involved and how it all went down.
I also liked the glimpses of a non-psycho Penn that we saw and I am really excited for hopefully his book next!- Rebecca
I read the tropes and trigger warnings for this book and I immediately had to get my grabby little hands on it. Then as soon as it landed on my kindle I dove in. I didn’t read the blurb, I didn’t check on GR to see if this was part of a series. I just went in completely hyped to read a book that hit all of my happy places. Then page one I see the playlist and I’m thinking this book is my spirit animal. Over half of the songs I love and the other half are songs I don’t know from musicians I love so obviously this book was written just for me. Sadly it just wasn't to be.
The prologue had me settling in, ready for wherever this little journey was going to take me. But then I just couldn’t connect to the author’s writing style. I found it was very much tell, and not show and I am personally then struggle to get lost in the story. It felt disjointed but then I don’t know if that was because I wasn’t getting caught up in the book and so my attention wandered and then I missed things. I feel like maybe I needed to read the first book in the series because I still have no idea what happened to Lincoln but it was like a shadow over the story at times.
I really didn’t connect to the characters which I really wanted to but I just felt a whole lot of meh. The story could have been good and I really liked the premise but it felt like it was rushed. And it played out almost in point form, over days rather than weeks or months. Normally I don’t have an issue with young college kids being too mature and world aware for their age but these guys felt like toddlers putting on a batman costume and thinking they are batman. I don’t want you constantly telling me you're bad and tough. Yes your actions also kind of backed that up but there was no real proof that anything you got away with doing was anything more than dumb luck, then you claim it’s because you’re a “blackwood” and your dad is so influential but at no time did either of those things come into play except when you were telling a teenaged girl to shut up.
I don’t know. I didn’t enjoy it but judging from the reviews on the first book maybe it’s a me thing. Maybe it would be different if I had read the first book and got some background on all of these brothers. Or maybe this can’t be read as a standalone and I’m an idiot for reading it as such. Either way if this is your kind of book, enjoy.
This is the 2nd book in the Wicked Brothers of SCU series as well as the 2nd book I’ve read by Havoc Wilde and I’m hooked. This is a dark romance & the 2 main characters are Jeremiah & Oakley who were childhood friends who had strong feelings for each other, but Oakley’s brother put a stop to that and they didn’t speak for 2 years. Oakley recently transferred to St. Charles University & Jeremiah sees her at a frat party completely wasted thinking her drink had been spiked with drugs, he takes her back to his house to keep her safe. He vows to prove to her that he will protect her and make up for the fact that he walked out of her life because of her brother 2 years ago. He finds out that not only did he walk away 2 years ago, so did her brother and Oakley ended up being assaulted by someone on campus at her previous college. She sees a therapist who recommended taking her control back. So she decides to become a cam girl that way she can control the environment. She does this in a a masquerade mask and people essentially ask her questions and she chooses what she wants to answer. She’s in provocative clothing but not doing provocative things. Jeremiah overhears some of the guys in the locker room talking about a cam girl and asks to see a picture. He realizes it’s Oakley and goes off the rails and kicks in her door and destroys her laptop because he doesn’t want her doing this & doesn’t think it’s safe. He insists that she come and stay with him so he can keep her safe. She does since her door is demolished & she explains it wasn’t what he thought it was and it was part of her therapy & a way to maintain control. He comes up with another way she can be sensual and maintain control of the situation. By having “lessons” with him someone she can trust, feel safe with, and to explore things that she is afraid to do with others at her pace. There are so many twists & turns in this book it definitely keeps you on your toes. Oakley & Jeremiah’s chemistry is incredibly hot! I definitely recommend this book as well as the others in this series. Overall Rating- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5 Spice Rating- 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5

"Wicked Scorn" by Havoc Wilde is a dark and thrilling romance that plunges readers into a world of revenge, passion, and twisted emotions. The story centers around Oakley who is consumed by a desire for vengeance, navigating a dangerous path where love and hate are intricately intertwined.
The book opens with a fierce intensity of Oakley, scarred by betrayal and heartache, sets out on a mission to exact revenge. However, as the plot unfolds, the lines between punishment and passion begin to blur. Oakley is a complex individual, driven by a deep sense of scorn, yet vulnerable in ways they never expected. The journey is as much about reclaiming power as it is about confronting the shadows of the past.
Jeremiah is equally compelling—dark, brooding, and with secrets of his own. The chemistry between the characters crackles with tension, making every interaction charged with potential danger and unexpected tenderness. As they are drawn closer, you are left wondering whether their relationship will be their salvation or their undoing.
Havoc Wilde masterfully weaves a tale where each twist in the narrative deepens the emotional stakes. The story's gothic atmosphere adds to the sense of foreboding, creating a backdrop where love and retribution clash in spectacular fashion. The author’s ability to balance raw emotion with a gripping plot ensures that readers are hooked from start to finish.
"Wicked Scorn" is a must-read for fans of dark romance, especially those who appreciate stories that explore the complexities of the human psyche. Havoc Wilde’s writing is sharp and evocative, capturing the essence of a love that is as destructive as it is passionate. If you're looking for a book that delves into the darker side of desire while still delivering an intense and satisfying romance, "Wicked Scorn" will not disappoint.
Havoc Wilde is clawing her way into my top author spot, and trust me, it's not a subtle climb. If you’re into your MMCs with a side of “off-the-charts unhinged,” then the Blackwood Brothers are serving up some seriously delicious bad boy vibes.
In this second installment of the Blackwood Brothers series, if you caught the first book (Wicked Fury), you’ll recall Jeremiah and Oakley’s sizzling tension while Linc was busy with his own business. Well, the timeline overlaps, so expect to revisit the mayhem from a fresh perspective. The Blackwood Brothers are still living the ultimate college fantasy—football stardom, a tyrannical father ruling both campus and town, and an ever-present trail of chaos that inevitably spills over to the ones they love.
Initially, I pegged Jeremiah as a total alphahole, but Havoc Wilde’s take on him is pure perfection. Jeremiah is the ideal blend of sweet and spicy, and Oakley? She might look innocent in her adorable sundresses, but after everything she’s been through, she’s on a healing journey that includes bringing out her inner vixen! Take back control Oak!
While you’ll undoubtedly adore Jeremiah and Oakley as much as Linc and Iris, brace yourself to want MORE of the manic whirlwind that is Penn Blackwood and the icy Graham Blackwood, who’s cool on the outside but ready to rip your heart out. Havoc Wilde’s knack for crafting even the side characters is nothing short of mesmerizing, drawing you into her world and keeping you hooked.
My parting thoughts: if you're in the mood for a "dark" book, but it's coming from outside sources, read this book. Their relationship is not dark. It's been a long time in the making.
If the following tropes are your jam, dive right in!

Wicked Scorn is the second book in the Blackwood Brothers Series, and Jeremiah "Pretty Boy" Blackwood is top notch book boyfriend matieral. Havoc, has wrote another spellbinding read with Oakley and Jeremiah's story. These two characters have a magnetism that will lure you in and capture your heart, just like Lincoln and Iris. They will live rent free in your mind. The timeline within Wicked Scorn overlaps with Wicked Fury but comes with its own drama and chaos that surround the Blackwood name. Oakley, transfers to SCU to escape the emotional damage that is slowly dragging her under, what she did not expect was to capture Jeremiah's attention, and he will do anything to make her his. What he does not realize is that she is not the same innocent girl that wore sundresses, that thought the world revolved around him."Then let me be your compass, Oakley, let me guide you home." Oakley's character growth from begining to end was written perfectly, and I loved reading every second of her reclaiming herself. Jeremiah, "I'm the monster that my family name has made me to be, but for Oakley, I'd walk through fire just to see her safe."His obsession and protectiveness for Oakley has no limits, with pleasure and without hesitation accepts the role as villain. He is kind of like an onion, you have to pull back all the layers to get to his core, that only shows for Oakley and his brothers. Wicked Scorn, took me on a wild ride, one that was full of twist and turns. Royce?!?! Are you looking for a story that is full of romantic suspense with good girl bad boy vibes that has a cohesive storyline, look no further Wicked Scorn is calling your name. I highly recommend this gem! These Blackwood Brothers, will have you salivating at the mouth! I am anxiously awaiting Penn's story, my little black heart craves the unhinged chaos he is going to wreck in Wicked Spite.

Havoc Wilde delivered another dark and thrilling romance with Wicked Scorn. This story follows Oakley Ashford and Jeremiah Blackwood, who are caught up in a tense relationship after having no contact with each other for two years. After catching a glimpse of their awkward situation in Wicked Fury, I was left intrigued and looking forward to their story. Jeremiah was Oakley’s brother’s best friend, and the two became best friends at one point, but Jeremiah’s abandonment of Oakley left her heartbroken and vulnerable.
Oakley was equal parts vulnerable and fierce. She was on a mission to take back control after an incident that left her fractured. Oakley created an ulterior persona to bring out her inner vixen as part of her healing journey. I admired her strength and dedication to push forward and face her past. Enter Jeremiah Blackwood.
Jeremiah was dark for sure; however, he was so much more cinnamon roll than the rest of his brothers, at least when it came to Oakley. I adored his protectiveness and the way he validated Oakley’s feelings of betrayal. Jeremiah was determined to make up for his past mistakes and he was willing to shed blood for it. The tension in his relationship with Oakley was only surpassed by the crackling chemistry they’ve always shared, despite their time apart. I enjoyed when their relationship evolved and turned into a teach me, please me situation. Breeding kink, anyone?
Wicked Scorn was an intense and intriguing read. Havoc Wilde brought another dark and spicy romance with suspenseful elements that had me hooked from the start. There were also some comedic moments delivered by Penn Blackwood that had me laughing out loud. I am excited for Penn’s book and his unhinged shenanigans.

This book is about Jeremiah and Oakley, and it’s packed with drama and romance. Jeremiah, who once lost Oakley and his best friend due to a betrayal, is back two years later, determined not to let her go again. Meanwhile, Oakley’s been left alone after her brother and Jeremiah disappeared from her life, and she’s had to fend for herself.
I really liked that Jeremiah was set on winning Oakley back and using some clever tactics to do so, even though his efforts felt a bit devious. Their connection felt genuine, and I was happy to see them finally come together. However, their constant arguing got pretty repetitive and dragged on, especially in the middle of the book. The fights seemed to go nowhere, which made the story a bit frustrating at times.
The whole "best friend's little sister" angle was intriguing, but the story kind of lost momentum after a strong start. It picked up again halfway through, but there were definitely some slow patches.
I loved the idea behind the book and was excited to read it, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. Oakley’s constant anger and the repetitive arguments with Jeremiah made me almost put the book down. Still, the chemistry between them was great, and Jeremiah's protective side was endearing. The book had some good twists and creepy moments that kept me guessing, and it was nice to see a different side of the characters from the first book in the Wicked Brothers of SCU series. Overall, it’s a solid read with some interesting dynamics, but it could’ve been tighter in its storytelling.
↓↓ What is it with these Blackwood brothers, they are absolutely unhinged and the lengths they will go to for each other and their girls is insane. This was a wild ride but I loved every minute of it .
Oakley has been through something traumatic that caused her to switch schools. She had a lot of demons to slay but with the help of the stubborn unrelenting Jeremiah she was able to she gained back her power and so much more!
Jeremiah is dark, he is broody, he is absolutely unhinged but he is also, loving, possessive and would go to the ends of the earth to ensure Oakley was safe. Oakley was always his and he made sure that she knew it in every way that he could.
OMG!!! I absolutely love Penn so much! Anytime he made an appearance I was cracking up at the absurd things he would say. I can't wait for more in this series!

When I first heard about this series I jumped at the chance to do an ARC read for book one Wicked Fury. But timing was off for me so I waited patiently, and when I finally got to read it I fell in love with the Blackwood brothers.
Wicked Scorn is book two in this series, and things get more interesting between the sons of Robert Blackwood. Although this is a series of independent standalones, there is an underlying current of tension between the boys and their father so I would recommend starting with book one for a better reading experience.
Book two focuses on Jeremiah and Oakley. Their relationship is perfect for those who enjoy the "don't even look at her" vibe from a MMC. Jeremiah is super protective and borderline obsessed...nah he's definitely obsessed. After not being in each other's lives for awhile, he is taking no chances at her slipping through his fingers again.
We get a bit of friends-enemies-lovers with this one, and a whole lot of interesting spice. The mouth on Jeremiah will get you hot under your bunny mask.
I also want to shout-out Penn Blackwood for being a freaking riot. I liked him from the start, but his personality really comes through with his supporting role for his brother in this one.
Although I enjoyed this book I still think that Lincoln holds the top spot for me so far. Jeremiah was good but I have a feeling Penn is really going to amp things up when his book comes out.
I am enjoying the series and can't wait to see what happens next.
When Oakley (h) transfers to a new college for a much needed change of scenery, she manages to capture the attention of the man she thought was left in the past after an incident involving Oakley's brother who was Jeremiah's (H) best friend despite their obvious connection.
Being introduced to Jeremiah and Oakley in book one of the series had me sooo excited to read their book so when I finally got them in my hands I was READY and finished them in like one day.
But first off, the biggest thing that detracted from my overall enjoyment of this book was the repetition of the same conversation just slightly worded differently for half of the book, and when the characters are also arguing for most of this book it gets very dull. I will say though, Havoc Wilde is a new author to me—and just in general so for this being her first series I think its already impressive.
Jeremiah is your typical alpha a**hole MMC and if you've read book one you know that if there is anything you can do to get a rise out of this man is to mess with Oakley and even though I wish we got more of the scenes we got of Jeremiah being protective over Oakley you literally cannot deny that this man is obsessed.
But even though this was Jeremiah's book, the person who really stole my attention like he did at the end of book 1 was Penn with his remarks and comedic timing, he's seriously looking better and better each book.
