The brief content and long explanation of theorems and definitions with many exercises give the perfect touch for the first step to learn calculus. Easy to read and figure out without frustration, I recommend it for students with good base on fundamental maths and algebra.

Good for AP test, and explanations were good. Still a textbook though.
