Only severe shoulder pain could drive needle-phobic Sandra to try acupuncture. But the sight of the little needles in her skin is more than she can bare and she flees. Soon the pain in her shoulder is the least of her worries. Did the clinician remove all of the needles or was one left in her arm, in her body? She’s sure she feels something. How can she get it out, especially when no one believes her? "Needle Point" is a short story.

Sandra is afraid of needles. Unfortunately she needs acupuncture treatment for her shoulder. When she sees the needles sticking out of her she panics and wants to remove the needles. The clinician helps her to remove the needles. Sandra storms out of the building. The following days she has a strange feeling and is convinced there's a forgotten needle, left inside her body, under her skin. She asks the doctor for x-rays. They say there's np sign of a needle. Sandra goes to another clinic for more x-rays but they also don't show a needle. Sandra KNOWS there's a needle under her skin and it seems to move from her shoulder to her heart... Nobody believes her. So she has to remove the needle herself.... Is there really a needle? Or is something else causing the pain? Or is Sandra crazy? Read and find out.
