I was initially sold with the virgin MMC but hey, according to him;
“Only two-thirds a virgin,” I purr, then lean in close enough to inhale her in so my nose is full of mint, musk, and the ocean. “I’ve fucked plenty of mouth holes.”
I am not into these types of half-assed v mmcs. my reason for dnf-ing.

This was my first book by this author, but I should have been warned by her pen name, lol. Interesting storyline. I love a good, dark romance, but this one definitely dipped its toe in the “heading towards black-dark” pool, more than I felt comfortable with in a couple of spots, lol. Psycho, jokester, jock hero paired with black-cat, goth girl - a pairing that was made is hell, but unquestionably 🔥🔥🔥. The world definitely draws you in and makes you invested, despite feeling a bit uncomfortable, lol. I’ll certainly be keeping my eye out for a book on the younger sister and the cousin.

This wild, over the top, spicy WTF moments were perfection!!!
The amount of times in this book that I was completely mind blown by not only the banter the outlandish things that Pen would say was hilarious.
This book starts off with you seeing Reagan's point of view of what she gets Tangled into and sees then it's a stalker Vibe with a whole lot of psychotic behavior from Mr Pen himself.
Plus you're dealing with the whole aspect of Reagan's dad and his jerk behavior on top of then Graham having his craziness happen.
I had so many whiplashes from excitement and what the f moments that I thought I might be losing it 🤣
And let's just get to the spice because that's what we're all here for ladies is this place this man may have been a virgin but let me tell you something. He knew how to make a girl scream I'm just saying it I'm saying what everybody is thinking.
Penn's outlook on what someone's mouth is worth changes drastically with Reagan. I saw a vulnerableness and a raw side of pen as he changed for her and I truly believe just like Oakley calms Jeremiah I think it's the same with pen and Reagan she is his balance and that was so amazing to see.
I do however want to say that I would love to get Ramsey and Reese's book like I would love that because you definitely know that they're falling in love like she might not realize it but you know it's going to happen so I definitely want their their book plus he's a hockey guy like who doesn't love a hockey Romance.
On another note I would love to see Graham end up with Memphis like I know that sounds twisted because of everything that happened and like that bonus chapter or whatever and like I know that Memphis is messed up and everything but I really truly believe that he can change and I would love to see Graham end up with him because he deserves a happy ending.
I also would love to see Robert not exist anymore as a character because let me tell you something that character is the vein of the entire series let's just get real he's a terrible dad like terrible.
And the way that Reagan stood up to him oh my God she was a spitfire she was a hellfire let's just say it and that tattoo oh my goodness I wanted to scream and shout at what Penn did it was phenomenal.
I hands down have loved this entire series and the fact that it just keeps getting better and better and the hype and the intensiveness and what's next just levels up to the next like I don't know what she's going to do in Graham and his book but something tells me it's going to be even better than this and I'm so ready for it.
If you have not read the series yet you need to it is amazing you get dominance possessiveness you get women who own their place and their man's world and you get banter like no other not even just between like their relationships and their Dynamics but then between the brotherhood as well so that like really stood out to me.

This books is now my #1! This book had me screaming, laughing, toes curling, gasping and so much more. It’s so hard to find a book that has everything that I want, and this book was it for me! I believe the whole series is gonna be that way.
I loved both main characters😍 If you don’t, go read your sappy golden retriever boyfriends and leave the psycho’s alone. Reagan is one bad ass bitch and Penn is the best psychotic maniac ever🥰
I could honestly say I would be Reagan’s best friend in real life. She handled her shit each and every way, but she knew she could trust Penn to help her. She didn’t need him, she wanted him. There is a big difference! The way she cared more about her sister also showed what kind of person she was. She wasn’t going to let anyone get in her way of protecting her sister. She would literally die for anyone she loved🖤
Penn was the same way with her. He wanted her, but didn’t need her. Penn is one of those guys who is super loyal and doesn’t change for anyone, not even Reagan. You don’t like crass, go screw yourself. You don’t like honesty, go jump off a bridge. Need someone to help bury a body, he ain’t asking questions. He would move Earth for Reagan, but he also let her decide if she needed his help. When it came to his family, FAFO
And the sex?!?!? I was surprised that he didn’t want to screw in blood😂 I was honestly waiting for it! That man could do some depraved stuff to me and I would be game! If I’m being honest, I had the hots for both of them. I can’t wait for the next story!

I just finished reading "Wicked Spite" and wow, what a ride! This is the third book in the series, and I thought I knew what to expect from reading the first two. But this one was so much more!
Penn is the dictionary definition of unhinged and obsessed. I loved how Reagan was just as obsessed and was able to hold her own with Penn. If you love dark romance, and I do mean dark, then you definitely need to add this book to your tbr! Be sure to check trigger warnings before reading!

This book was something else. With each book I read about these Blackwood brother's you can't help, but love them and the women who are brave enough to tackle them and their possessiveness, because these boy's protect what's theirs, and Penn isn't any different, but he might be a lil more psychotic lol iykyk. Reagan and Penn are just perfect for each other. I would highly recommend this book and this series.

It’s no secret I love Havoc and everything she writes and does (I’m obsessed I can’t help it, OKAY?!) and I KNEW meeting Penn in Wicked Fury and then again in Wicked Scorn his wildly unhinged, and a little bit soft self was going to tear through my skin and imprint himself in my bones. And he did just that. And so did sweet baby Reagan 😩🫶🏻 seriously I don’t think I’ve ever been more obsessed with a couple that’s equally morally grey and unhinged as the other and I A T E this up. I read it the first time in October and quite literally cannot stop thinking about it.
Reagan accidentally stumbles upon the Blackwood boys doing something they definitely should not be doing, and Penn baby has taken the responsibility to “take care of her”, he quickly learns he’s ✨obsessed✨ with her while watching her live her life and decides the best way to keep her from talking is to make her his wife 😩🫶🏻💍
My sweet babies are both scarred and damaged by their pasts, and quite literally are made for each other. Their chaos speaks to the other so well, they somehow compliment each other while still being strong and independent in their own skin. I don’t really know what else I can say besides this is the perfect dark romance, it toes the line of morally black so please check the warnings of any and all kinds of- but buckle up and be prepared to love this!!
Also here’s my petition once again for Ramsey and Reese to get a story bc I NEED THAT RELATIONSHIP LIKE I NEED AIR HAVOC 😩😩😩😩😩

Holy wow! I KNEW Penn’s book was gonna be good. It’s considered a standalone, but I think the first 2 books are important to understand Penn’s personality before you’re hit over the head with it in this book. (Spoilers ahead) I can’t imagine how confused I’d be if I went into this book not prepared for Penn. This book is OTT.
First- Penn has no filter and he’s completely UNHINGED! He’s definitely going to be memorable in my “unhinged book boyfriend” list. So many times reading this book, I’d go “ohhhh no! He’s didn’t just say that or do that?” 🤪🤪 I’m sure there are several times I was blushing. This man just did not GAF.
There’s not much background info on Penn’s life or why he’s like he is…….except one tiny paragraph. I almost missed it. From his POV, we find out he killed his mom 4 years prior. Why? Because she was a pedo. It doesn’t say she did something to him, but you have to assume she did with the way he acts.
Also, the fact he’s still *somewhat* a virgin. I say somewhat because he’s never had v-jay smex with a girl. But he has done many other things like oral and backdoor. Penn is also considered bi. Even in the beginning, he has a casual hookup with a guy at the junkyard.
h is a very strong character. She’s not weak for anybody except Penn. She has no issue telling Penn off. She’s not scared of him at all.
The plot starts off simple enough- h witnesses H and his brothers killing somebody( the bad guy from book 2). Penn is sent to kill her. He starts following her and he becomes obsessed with her. Like….OTT obsessed. h has a terrible dad who has sold her to men before. She wants to make sure she keeps her 17 year old sister out of dad’s clutches.
H decides to marry h. (So many laughs at their wedding. Ramsey had me rolling)
“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the unholy union of Penn the Psycho, and Reagan the Unconscious.”
I laughed sooooo hard during this book. Sometimes from 2nd embarrassment, but mostly from Penn’s actions/words. 😂😂
“You only dislike me because society tells you to. Have I harmed you? Did I violate you? No, I have not. It was a little harmless drugging, kidnapping and marriage,”
So the spice- ohhhh yes. Its spicy. Again, Penn is insane so the spice tends to be insane, too. If you have triggers, then definitely read the warnings beforehand. There’s one part about 48% in that involves period blood and a chapel.
Sometimes H or h switches up on who is dominant. Sometimes you’ll get “good girl” or sometimes you’ll get “good boy” 😂😂 It’s a wild ride.
I knew from book 1 that Penn’s book would be crazy. I think the author delivered

There’s not much background info on Penn’s life or why he’s like he is…….except one tiny paragraph. I almost missed it. From his POV, we find out he killed his mom 4 years prior. Why? Because she was a pedo. It doesn’t say she did something to him, but you have to assume she did with the way he acts.
Also, the fact he’s still *somewhat* a virgin. I say somewhat because he’s never had v-jay smex with a girl. But he has done many other things like oral and backdoor. Penn is also considered bi. Even in the beginning, he has a casual hookup with a guy at the junkyard.
h is a very strong character. She’s not weak for anybody except Penn. She has no issue telling Penn off. She’s not scared of him at all.
The plot starts off simple enough- h witnesses H and his brothers killing somebody( the bad guy from book 2). Penn is sent to kill her. He starts following her and he becomes obsessed with her. Like….OTT obsessed. h has a terrible dad who has sold her to men before. She wants to make sure she keeps her 17 year old sister out of dad’s clutches.
H decides to marry h. (So many laughs at their wedding. Ramsey had me rolling)
“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the unholy union of Penn the Psycho, and Reagan the Unconscious.”
I laughed sooooo hard during this book. Sometimes from 2nd embarrassment, but mostly from Penn’s actions/words. 😂😂
“You only dislike me because society tells you to. Have I harmed you? Did I violate you? No, I have not. It was a little harmless drugging, kidnapping and marriage,”
So the spice- ohhhh yes. Its spicy. Again, Penn is insane so the spice tends to be insane, too. If you have triggers, then definitely read the warnings beforehand. There’s one part about 48% in that involves period blood and a chapel.
Sometimes H or h switches up on who is dominant. Sometimes you’ll get “good girl” or sometimes you’ll get “good boy” 😂😂 It’s a wild ride.
I knew from book 1 that Penn’s book would be crazy. I think the author delivered

I became an instant fan of this author after devouring the first two books in this interconnected series. This third installment did not disappoint.
Let me tell you, this book had me gasping, laughing, and questioning my own sanity in the best way possible. First off, Penn’s banter? Top-tier. The guy could turn a grocery list into a comedy special, and Reagan? She’s got the sass of a caffeinated stand-up comic on a mission to outdo him. The stuff Penn says is so out there, I half expected an alien abduction subplot.
The story kicks off with Reagan’s perspective, and boom—she’s smack dab in a whirlwind of stalker vibes and full-blown psychosis courtesy of Mr. Penn “I-Make-Everything-Dramatic” himself. Add Reagan’s dad, who redefines "jerk," and Graham, who’s clearly auditioning for the role of Chaos Coordinator, and you've got yourself a recipe for nonstop drama.
And, yes, let’s talk about the spice. Oh boy. I came for the drama but stayed for the steam. Penn might have been a virgin, but let’s just say he had an advanced degree in “How to Make Her Screamology.” We’re all thinking it, I’m just brave enough to say it.
What really got me, though, was how Penn, this unfiltered whirlwind of chaos, found his softer side with Reagan. Their dynamic reminded me of one of those viral “angry cat gets a snuggly blanket” videos—unexpected but heart-melting. She’s his calm in the storm, and it’s beautiful to witness.
Now, can we take a moment for Ramsey and Reese? I need their book ASAP. The sparks between them are practically visible from space. And did someone say hockey romance? Sign me up.
As for Reagan’s dad? Let’s just say if he got written out of existence, I’d throw a party with confetti cannons and a chocolate fountain. Reagan standing up to him? Iconic. That tattoo scene? I wanted to high-five Penn through the page. Absolutely epic.
This series just keeps getting better, and I don’t know how the author plans to top this in Graham’s book, but I’m ready. If you haven’t started this series yet, what are you even doing? It’s got everything—possessive alphas, badass women who take no crap, razor-sharp banter, and a brotherhood that makes you wish you were part of the squad. Get on it, people. You won’t regret it.

A ton of the fun ‘Plays’, primal, some light 🐝D$M, some serious k!nks, morally dark, dark gray MCs & the side characters, too. Masked good times, “Good girl” AND “Good boy,” OTT JP MMC…
For me, this was borderline Erotica vs Dark Romance or Romantic Suspense based on the amount of spicy scenes (NOT shaming! Just personal categorization!) I always love a really solid plot along with the spicy yumminess and I was left with a few questions I’m dying to know the answers to!
Speaking of plot, there’s some nice plots points woven throughout the story and from early on, the reader can see the trainwreck climax of the story slowly but surely approaching! And there’s clearly a light, overarching plot arc connecting the (eventually 4 maybe 5) stories within the series. But it’s not to the level of an epic or saga leaving the reader on a cliffhanger. That said, as I mentioned above, I did have a lot of questions I felt were glossed over or entirely forgotten throughout the story. Without dropping spoilers, I can’t go into the details, but there were a few … enforcer-like … moments that were never explained.
There was a lot of backstory for both MCs, Reagan’s childhood as a little girl under her father’s rule AND Penn’s upbringing as the prodigal son I felt were just hinted at and/or glossed over. I really needed more motivation behind our MCs to fully cheer on their twisty little dark hearts fully and probably the only reason I took off a star.

This book was a wild ride. Wicked Spite had all the dark romance tropes I enjoy, but it also caused me to feel so many emotions. If a book can make me feel, I will love it! There were a few moments when we leaned more toward the pitch-black side of things, but not too many, and I am not complaining. I can’t wait to check out the other books in this series now. I know I will love them after meeting the characters through this story.
Reagan is such a great FMC. She took her life back from her father and refused to bow down to his demands. She works her ass off to protect her little sister from the nightmares she endured. When Penn forces her into marriage to protect his family, they come to an agreement that benefits her and her sister. But once Penn meets Reese, he is determined to keep her safe as well.
Oh, Penn, the little pyro. I love him. He is twisted and hilarious. The banter he brings to the group is perfect. I love how he shows his vulnerable side to Reagan. It makes me love him that much more. He is genuinely a morally grey character. He will kill with zero remorse, but he meets his match with Reagan.
This was such a good book. I did not want to put it down. I recommend checking it out. I can’t wait to read the others in this series. Wicked Spite and the others in this series are available on KU. Please check the TWs. This is a pretty dark romance.

This was my first book by Havoc Wilde, and let me tell you—it was an absolute wild ride. I flew through this book without even realizing it.
From the start, Wilde pulls you into the dark, gritty atmosphere of the alley where Reagan finds herself, and you can feel the tension in the air as something feels off. It’s the night she first encounters the Blackwood brothers, and the night Penn decides she’ll be his next victim.
Everything about this book is phenomenal—gripping, intense, and beautifully written despite its graphic and dark nature. The gore, the heat, and the raw intensity are perfectly executed. But what really ties it all together is the dynamic between Reagan and Penn. These two are made for each other in all their chaotic, twisted glory. Even though Reagan is forced into a marriage with Penn while unconscious, the chemistry between them is off the charts.
Penn is a maniac with a short fuse, obsessed with fire, while Reagan is the tough, no-nonsense FMC who’s not afraid to go toe-to-toe with him. Touch Her and ☠️ extends to Look at Her and ☠️. It isn’t just a warning here—it’s a lethal guarantee.
If you love dark romance—and I mean *really* love it—this book is for you. I still get chills thinking about it.

My dear sweet Havoc Wilde — just when I thought that I couldn't fall more in love with one of your 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐬, you go and introduce us to a 𝐖𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐄 new side of Penn Blackwood — and this 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐇 is in 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐓 over this chaotic character 𝐀𝐍𝐃 his twisted lil' minx — Reagan St. Pierre.
𝐖𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 just found its way into my top reads of 2024 and also managed to top the first two books in the 𝐖𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐂𝐔 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 (although just slightly because Havoc Wilde's storytelling is brilliant, and her characters are 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐋𝐘 addictive and 🥵)! This story was deliciously dark, dangerous and slightly — okay 𝐌𝐀𝐉𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐘 — psychotic. Honestly get ready to hang on tight for a 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐃(𝐄) 𝒇*𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒆!
Penn Blackwood — oh boy you just kept 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 me and giving me all those 𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒎 and 𝒇𝒖𝒛𝒛𝒚 feelings 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐏 (like 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐏 — 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 😉) throughout my body — like don't even get me started on those tingles down below 😉. His 𝒕𝒘𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 and 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄 behavior had my lil' lady bits on 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄, and I might have found myself 𝐎𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 with him.
Reagan Blackwood (née St. Pierre) — oh girlie you are my ultimate 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐓 animal babe! I was 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐃 by this bad a** heroine from the very start. She had me 𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐃 beyond belief and I couldn't believe how 𝒑𝒔𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 perfect she was for Penn. She brings out a new side of him — one that I loved discovering as I 𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐃 this insanely addictive story!
This story had it all from a forced marriage (it's twisted and depraved in the best possible way) to a whole lot of spicy good times (with primal, masked and knife play). Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this 𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐲 good story!

This is one of these books that in fiction, the book is HOT, HOT, HOT but in real life it would be a crime and jail time for a loooooooong time.
I was a bit unsure at first on whether or not I'd keep reading this book. The book wasn't pulling me and I put it down. I picked it back up and then got sucked in. I literally got tingles from the book. The stuff I mentioned that would be a crime, was giving me tingles. These two are clearly psychos and love the extreme stuff in and out of the bedroom. They enjoy the blood play, knife play, role reversal and anything else that tickles their fancy. Penn and Reagan are made for each other for sure. They match their psychos perfectly!! I found myself so wrapped in this book that I didn't even want the story to end!! I loved the banter with the brothers and how the women just meshed well together. It's clear that despite their father being horrible and thinking he owns them, the brothers have their own agenda and made their own family with each other.
Penn is possessive when it comes to his brothers and his woman. He may have went about it the wrong illegal way but he found his match in every way possible. Reagan has a reason for doing what she does. She was under her dad's thumb and used in his business transactions.. She's trying to protect her little sister from the same thing. I did do a happy dance when they took out the trash with her dad and Ashley. They were vile people. Horrible..
Penn and Reagan were the best and was a dynamic team of psychos lol. The love was clearly shown in so many ways throughout this book. I will say that I really loved this book!!!

Reagan has a reason for doing what she does. She was under her dad's thumb and used in his business transactions.. She's trying to protect her little sister from the same thing. I did do a happy dance when they took out the trash with her dad and Ashley. They were vile people. Horrible..
Penn and Reagan were the best and was a dynamic team of psychos lol. The love was clearly shown in so many ways throughout this book. I will say that I really loved this book!!!

This is a hell yes, give me more, absolutely brilliant read, that starts at a little crazy, barrels straight into insanity, has enough heat pouring off the pages you’re wiping away the sweat, and does not let up from start to finish! Penn Blackwood is all the right kinds of wrong, letting his psycho shine right through as he leaves trails of ash and destruction, wife’s up the current object of his stalking with zero consent, and proceeds to smash her walls to smithereens and burrow into her heart, all while being deviantly sexy, shockingly thoughtful, and utterly obsessed. There is nothing but wicked goodness on each and every page and it leaves you completely addicted to all things Reagan and Penn!

PENN MFING BLACKWOOD!! I just knew he would be my favorite from what we've seen of him from the other books. He definitely lived up to that and more. He's unhinged, he's insane , he's possessive and obsessive, he's hilarious but also loves deeply and is loyal to a fault.
Reagan is an absolute spitfire. She is the kind of bestie I would want by my side in life. She stands up for what she believes in and will not be swayed one way or another. These two matched on the craziness but it really worked well for them. They challenge each other but love each other fiercely as well.
Reagan grounded Penn in a way that he needed, I mean he was still a Psycho but a little bit more tamed. Watching these two and their relationship develop, you had no idea which way it would go. The were explosive together and the chemistry.. it was insane 🥵. Those wood scenes 🫣 IYKYK
I can't wait for Graham's story next. I also really hope Ramsey and Reese get a story as well.

It's definitely one of my top favorites!!! Penn and Reagan, two twisted souls who are perfect for each other.
Penn and his brothers dominate the football field, brought up in a twisted and unhealthy homelife. Reagan had her own share in a dysfunctional home. Her father is using her for business purposes, and all she wants is to keep her babysitter safe and far away from their father and his business associates.
Regan witnesses a murder and Penn has to make sure she doesn't breathe a word, even if killing her is the solution. He finds out who her father is and has to find another way to silence her. He can't resist that he is attracted to her and will do anything to keep her snd ger duster safe.
You have a force marriage, birth control tampering, murder, vengeance, a virgin MMC, and the mouth on both MC will have you not wanting to put down this read. I fell in love with Penn. Yes, he is pscho, but he loves Reagan, and the way he is with his brothers will have you both laughing and falling hard.
I loved Reagan's fierce attitude and determination. Her protectiveness over her sister will have you wanting her as an allie. She is the one you take to the fight.
The epilougue was so cute!!! I can't wait for the next book. I laughed, felt sadness, and were excited about reading Wicked Spite. I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++ and 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶++. The MMC may have been a virgin, but when it comes to Regean, he loses all control and definitely knows his way around her body and needs.

What a dark and crazy ride! So, I really enjoyed every dark and obsessive aspect of this book all the way up until the end when it just sorta ended. I went to turn the page and my kindle was like "rate this book," "here are other books by this author," and "books that others who have read this book have read." And I was just left thinking, there is no way in hell that it ended like that. It just didn't feel finished to me.
Was the book good? Absolutely! Do I recommend it? Absolutely, specially if you like your MMC a little unhinged and your books on the darker side! But just be prepared for the fact that you will be left with more than a few unanswered questions and I am just hoping that we get them in the last brothers book! I am also really hoping that the author is planning on writing a book for the cousin and the sister, because this was such an intricate part of the last half of the books storyline that it makes us as the readers need them to get a book.
The spice in this book was definitely on the spicy side and it was just fantastic. These two dabbled in a little bit of everything, knife play, primal play, mask play, blood play... They enjoyed exploring each other.
Also, I was just completely obsessed with the Penn, the MMC, because of his attitude and his just overall character! The things he said and did were at times absolutely hilarious, but at others it was kind of sad because nobody truly seemed to understand him. As for Raegan, well she was such a tough cookie. She had been through so much already and to live with the threats hanging over her head constantly... While also finding a way to stand on her own two feet in order to save herself and her sister was just something else entirely. She was a great FMC.
The overall storyline was also really great. My only issues were the way that the book just seemed to end when it felt like there were still issues that needed to be addressed or wrapped up.

What a wild ride. Reagan St. Pierre gets mixed up in something and boy does it flip her life upside down. She’s always had one goal-protect her sister from the hell she was subjected to, and that won’t change. She’ll just have to adjust to a new marriage. One she’s forced into.
I love an unhinged over the top obsessed lunatic and Penn Blackwood is a psycho of the highest order. He just so happens to be Reagan’s new husband.
This might begin as an unwanted arrangement but the chemistry can’t be denied. They share a raw and consuming connection. Both have darkness and demons and are pulled to depravity. Basically made for one another. There’s something special about a couple that doesn’t need the other for anything, but allows them to come in and take some of the weight. The humor was also a highlight. I wasn’t expecting it.
This was my first look into this world and I definitely want more.

I just knew Penn’s book would be chaotic and hilarious in a dark way and that is the best way to describe Penn Blackwood. I love all the brother’s in this series but from book one I could not wait for Penn.
This is book 3 of the series and I do recommend reading the first two books. Reagan is the perfect counterpart to him she matches his banter and even when she should be afraid she deals with him in sarcasm where he deals with things through jokes.
THE WEDDING SCENE had me laughing so hard I loved having more of Ramsey since he is lil Penn and I hope we get his story. When you think Robert Blackwood is the worst of fathers enter Reagans dad.
I cannot wait for Grahams story he is so guarded and grumpy I can’t wait to see how his play out. Also bittersweet since he’s the last Blackwood brother.

Lincoln (Wicked Fury) was amazing, I loved Jeremiah (Wicked Scorn) but I’m obsessed with Penn Blackwood 🖤 Not quite sure what it says about me that the brother that is the most unhinged is my favorite but here we are…
At the end of Wicked Scorn, Reagan witnessed something she really shouldn’t, but hey we’re all nosey 🤷🏻♀️ Her POV of what she saw was the prologue of this book so you won’t be completely lost if you haven’t read the first two books but I highly recommend it to fully understand the Blackwood dynamic.
It’s Penn’s job to make sure Reagan never talks by any means necessary. Fortunately or unfortunately for Reagan there is a version that keeps her alive it just means she has to become a Blackwood. Once a Blackwood decides you’re theirs they take possession and obsession to a whole other level! But Penn isn’t just getting some weak girl in Reagan, no he’s getting a girl whose darkness and craziness matches his own 🖤
If you like dark romance and haven’t read any of the Blackwoods yet do yourself a favor and put them on your TBR. They get darker as they go and this one’s trope/trigger list is longer than my grocery list. Penn flew right past morally grey and is happy in the black!

I absolutely loved the most psycho Blackwood brother! He’s an arsonist, doesn’t care whose’s mouth he uses, but is still a virgin despite being a football star and a Blackwood. I love the little things Penn did to show he cares, like braid Raegan’s hair when they went for a ride, or blowing up the car of someone who hits on her. I absolutely loved the most psycho Blackwood brother! He’s an arsonist, doesn’t care whose’s mouth he uses, but is still a virgin despite being a football star and a Blackwood. I love the little things Penn did to show he cares, like braid Raegan’s hair when they went for a ride, or blowing up the car of someone who hits on her. Their passion is like a bonfire and Raegan can’t seem to resist Penn, no matter how crazy and possessive he gets. The book was compelling and a real page turner. This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. It takes you on a wild ride! Reagan is smart, sassy, and very protective of her sister. Penn... is the complete opposite. He is deranged and unhinged. I had a really hard time liking him but finally, he redeemed himself to me and I fell for him. Penn stalks Reagan after she witnesses him committing murder. He forces her to marry him, but then, slowly starts to fall for her. Reagan is feisty and catty at first, but she does start to see Penn's caring side and warms up to him. When her sister Reece called her when she was getting taken... my heart was in my throat. I was in literal tears. I felt all the anxiety of Reagans panic to get to her sister on time. When Reagan finally stands up to her step sister and her father, I was laughing manically and clapping. I guess some of Penn rubbed off on me! Both Penn and Reagan went through a lot of character growth in this story. The banter between them is comical. The spice is sooo spicy. I would absolutely love a story on Reece and Ramsey. They look like they'll have a lot of humorous moments in their story. But this was a great read. I haven't read any of the other books in the series, but this one sold me on it and I will be reading the entire series now.
