The Dolphin

Rate this book
It’s been said that there are two intelligent species inhabiting the Earth, humans and dolphins, but intelligent in very different ways. But suppose they could actually communicate with each other? What would they say to one another? How would they interact? That’s the goal of marine biologist Maggie Russell, who starts her quest with but a single captive dolphin. But then a second dolphin mysteriously appears, and things suddenly get very complicated, first professionally and then in her personal life. A tale, not of two cities, but of two species.

A classic in the making!

I found this novel to be a classic in the making ! As I went from excitement to laughter to crying at the end. I'm glad that Colin Barrett wrote it. A new fan!

A plus.

Fiction, but really good fiction. In the end, you'll wish it wasn't. Wonder, emotion, sadness, this story has it all.
