Thea is being cheated on by her girlfriend, Lira, who has been having a long and sordid affair right under Thea's nose. Up until Thea discovered this, she thought her relationship was perfect. Instead of confronting her girlfriend with the knowledge she now has and breaking up with her like a normal person, Thea decides that a breakup will not suffice. Lira has to die. And Thea will do whatever it takes to make sure Lira pays for what she has done to her. The Edge is an exciting psychological thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat. Will she, or won't she? What happens when an unhinged woman is pushed to the brink of sanity?

- Completely psychotic, delusional, unhinged FMC 🔪 - Revenge story 😈 - Alternating timelines - Very funny - Great for people who love lots of shock value - And has a romantic subplot
This reminded me so much of “You,” “They Never Learn,” “Verity,” and “The Mindf*ck series,” but if you were to make them more goofy and funny, similar to “Tis The Season for Revenge.”
The FMC, Thea, is being cheated on by her girlfriend Lira, who has been having a super long and appaulling affair behind her back. So she decides that she’s going to kill her.
BUT as she’s trying to work up the courage to kill her and decide if she can actually get away with it, she decides to mess with her first.
Throughout the story we watch her unravel and get more unhinged as Lira continues to cheat on her behind her back with ZERO remorse.
I absolutely loved every single second of this book! I LOVE a revenge story and books with lots of shock value.
And this was super hilarious!
This book was an easy 5 star read for me. I thought it was so hilarious and perfect!
I really hope this books blows up because it’s just too damn entertaining.
'The Edge', kept me at the literal edge of my seat until the very last page. It was dark, twisty, and full of humor. I was laughing out loud at times and at others I could feel the pain and frustration of Thea. It takes a great writer to invoke so many emotions through text. Not only is the story impeccably told, it gives an insight to what mental illness can look and feel like first hand through the main character, Thea.
I seriously could not put this book down. It had such a nice pace and the writing style of the author makes reading it an ease. I picked up this book every spare second I had and I was hooked after the first paragraph. If you're contemplating reading this book, I'll make this decision for you- just read it!
wt ACTUAL f did I just read? I don’t even know how to rate this nonsense. I guess I’m giving it two stars because I DID want to finish the book in a hurry. But the massive amount of straight-up (and unnecessary) porn, the overuse of exclamation points, the juvenile writing (particularly in the dialogue), the ridiculously psychotic characters…it’s a lot to handle — and not in a good way. It almost felt like the writing of a desperate middle school student whose main goal was to shock everyone so they’d pay her some attention.
This is a new author with a brand-new book. It is a psychological thriller that will leave you with your mouth hanging open. It is dark, intense, edgy~ Thea is a woman in love with her girlfriend of six years. She has had many relationships with others, that always ended with them cheating on her, except one. She has suffered untold trauma over the years from her father and those that claimed they cared about her.
She finally starts seeing a therapist that truly understands her. She is spiraling~ She becomes very deceitful to make those harming her pay. Only, what does she expect at the end? Will she kill her lover? Will she leave her? What about her once best friend? What will she do to him? Her therapist? This book has so many twists and turns! The ending left me flabbergasted…but I need more! I hope there is a sequel in the works to this book~ Grab it if you love these kinds of intricate plotlines and twists~ You will def not be disappointed!
This book is well written and thought out! The plot literally draws you in deeper. The character is so true to life you might even think you are reading about yourself at some point when you experience a horrible relationship or friendship. The FMC is bold and brassy in her actions, thoughts, and speech. From page one, you will not be able to walk away until you find out the ending…
OMG!!!!!!!! This book had me on a roller coaster! My jaw dropped so many times. I will say this is the fastest I have read a book. I was done with it in a day which isn't a bad thing. I couldn't put it down. I read from chapter one to twenty six in one sitting and then from 26 to the end in a second sitting. (My brain can only focus on one thing for so long) But oh my God am I glad I read this book. I felt so connected with Thea because she is relatable. I didn't agree with some of the things she did but it made for some great jaw dropping moments. I definitely saw part of the ending coming but not the very end. I am trying so hard not to give away spoilers it's so hard. Over all I loved this book it was a fantastic read and will definitely recommend to all my friends. It also has me wondering if there will be a sequel because I have so many unanswered questions that I need the answers to. I am really glad I got the opportunity to read this book. Would love to add it to my collection.
I truly enjoyed this book, the characters were well developed, and you almost feel as if you know them. Lots of twists and turns and it just goes to show life is messy. I’m looking forward to hearing more from this author
This book was crazy. If you’ve ever been cheated on then you know thea is relatable at times. I enjoyed this psychological thriller. Its fucked up and i liked that. I wanted a bit longer ending but i liked the book for sure!
44% into the book I couldn’t continue anymore. It was like reading an incredibly detailed institutionalized middle school kids diary. Of the 44% I read 43% should’ve been scrapped .
