Hawk and Laura

I have been following the Steel Demons MC and I have to say that they do not disappoint. I have fallen for all the men in this series and now I’ve just added Hawk to the list.

When Hawk finds himself in the ER he tries to make a move on nurse Laura but she’s having none of it. After witnessing something she shouldn’t have the only way to keep her safe is for Hawk to claim that Laura is his Old Lady. Now all of that pretending is leading to something more.

When Hawk is injured and has to get sewn up, he knows the routine in and out. That is until he sees Laura the nurse who is tending to him. Given Laura a fake cause for the injury is not scoring points with the beauty who is doing her best to ignore him. His charm does not work on him and as luck would have it he gets a second chance and gets Laura to give him a shot. It is a little unorthodox but he will take the chance. The more time they spend together, the more he knows she will be his Old lady.

Laura never planned to get involved with a biker but Hawk is pure sin and a complete package. What happens when someone gets in her ear, will she trust Hawk or fail when the test of their lives is present?

Really enjoyed this one, the banter and chemistry between the two is off the charts. I need to just sit down and tackle the whole series because each character I was introduced to I want to know more.

I really like the characters and the group. However, each book has quite a few editing errors and lost details. The characters will be doing something or saying something and then it will skip to the next thing without finishing the original action/thought. It can be confusing at times. Also, each ending is exactly the same in the books. Girl gets kidnapped…girl gets rescued…girl is pregnant. It is very repetitive in very similar details/events in each book, I wish there was more variety.

I will continue the series because I do like the characters, but hoping the rest of the books have some variety and the editing errors get better.

A great addition to the series!

I’ve loved each and every book in this series so far, and this one is no exception! Great characters, strong, flowing plot and enough action to make you turning the pages like there is no tomorrow!

I really loved Hawk and Laura. Hawk is the Secretary of the Steel Demons MC and a brawler (when necessary). Because of one brawl, he ends up in the ER. Enter sweet – but non-nonsense – Nurse Laura. He, of course, tries to charm and flirt. She unceremoniously shuts him down. Intrigued anyone??? When she witnesses something she shouldn’t though, he comes to her rescue. And guess what? Her chance to survive depends on making the gang aiming for her believe that she is Hawk’s Old Lady! Add her ex and his filthy schemes in the mix, and there you have it – a rollercoaster of a story. I couldn’t put my kindle down – so many things happen! I loved Hawk with his swoon-worthy protectiveness and his disarming honesty – not to mention his panty melting general treatment towards Laura. But I also loved Laura, who, although she makes many mistakes in her judgment of Hawk, she doesn’t afraid to admit them, truly and openly. I must also mention that I LOVED Laura’s feisty best friend Kristy – so much so, that I really hope she nails a hot biker herself in an upcoming book!

All in all, it was a great read that I couldn’t stop reading from start to finish. 5 stars – I highly recommend it!

Hawk is the fourth book of the Steel Demons MC. “Hawk” follows the journey of Hawk and Laura. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to read about Hawk and Laura. Laura is an ER nurse who is a no-nonsense type of woman and who doesn’t let anyone tell her what to do. Hawk is someone who thinks if he flirts with a woman, she’ll fall for it but Laura isn’t just any woman. “Hawk” is a thrilling, entertaining, and enjoyable MC romance story. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a well-written story. I’m looking forward to reading more books written by Sarina Hart.

He falls for her when he finds himself on the table in her ER after a little MC altercation. She is attracted to him, but leery because of his MC affiliation, until she witnesses something and he claims her to protect her. While having to pretend to be his "ol lady" she gets up close and personal with the MC brotherhood and finds out not everything is what she thought it was. This is the next in the Steel Demons MC series and does not disappoint. The characters are well developed, and there is a story beyond the romance that runs through the book, though the romance is still the focus. I have enjoyed all the Steel Demons books and this continues the trend of just enough grit and drama while still keeping the focus on the romance and relationship between the FMC and MMC.

When Laura walks in, Hawk is taken with her and begins flirting with her. Laura is not having any of this nonsense! A few weeks later, Hawk just happens to be at the community center when Laura is almost taken by a gang. Hawk to the rescue! Will Laura being under Hawks protection be enough to keep the gang away from her, or is there something else going on?

Laura and Hawk grow closer, and the threats keep coming. Hawk is labeled a snitch on the streets and it is hurting business with the club. Will they be able to figure out who is behind this? And will Laura and Hawk be able to work through things?

Pretty ridiculous and cliche MC romance. I usually love a good fake relationship romance but this one wasn’t my cup of tea. The h was kind of annoying. Her ex was a main part of the drama and the conflict between she and Hawk. He tried to paint Hawk in a bad light so she would go back to him. He fabricated some of “the evidence” against the club but tbh, when he told her that Hawk’s MC were pimps and Hawk got all mad at her for not trusting him and she got all apologetic once he explained they ran brothels and the women were there of their own free will…. that’s still pimping isn’t it?

Also, this from book #1 “ Located on the outskirts of Las Vegas, our position allowed us to take advantage of the big city money to be had in the form of drugs and pussy and guns”. So yeah, shady shit she should be worried about.

Another great installment from the Steel Demons MC. This is the story of Laura and Hawk's story, Their story starts in the emergency room when he arrives there with a knife wound and she takes care of him, from that moment it is clear to him that she is meant for him and he wants to go out with her . Unfortunately for him, she refuses him. When one day she sees something that is not intended for her eyes and she becomes the target of a gang, it is Hawk who saves her. When he claims her and calls her his old lady, everyone knows that she is off limits. Will they have a happy ending together or will they both go in different directions? A great story and highly recommended!

Hawk meets Laura when he goes to the emergency room to get stitched up. He asks her out but she turns him down. A few days later he it is at the community center when Laura is about to be abducted by Los Ochos as she witnessed a murder. He thinks fast and claims she is his old lady, thus giving her protection from the MC.

Now they are pretending to be a pair but as the chemistry heats up, how are they supposed to keep it PG. The more time they spend together the harder it is to put the brakes on the chemistry.

There is someone out there gunning for Laura and Hawk will need to keep her safe. Can they figure out who is behind this threat before it is too late?.

Hawk and Laura are just pretending to be in a relationship, to keep her safe from a new gang moving into town. Now that there are real feelings, they're not sure how to handle things. I love Hawk - he's fun and flirty, and such a tease. Laura seems a bit uptight at first, but that changes in short order. I have loved all the other books in the series, and this one included. It's got everything I want from an MC romance - a hot couple with a ton of chemistry, some suspense, danger, and a group of guys who have each others' backs always. This is part of a series. I’ve been reading it in order just because I started when I first came out and went on from there. But you don’t have to. You get to know the characters a little better if you do. But it can absolutely be a standalone. All the books are really great so far.
This was Hawks story and what a Hottie he is. I love the story and character development. All the twists and turns. And it wraps up nicely with an epilogue as all good books should have. You won’t be disappointed with an or all books in this series.

Hawk and Laura meet when he goes to the hospital for a knife injury. She attends his wound, but hawk is captivated with her and ask her out which she declines. They meet again when he comes to her assistance when a gang is trying to capture her for what she saw. When Hawk tells them that she is his ol lady they leave her alone and to stay safe she has to agree. Will their fake relationship lead them along the path to a happily ever after. this story kept me glued to the pages.

Thoughrally enjoyed this book Hawk was just a sweet talking hot piece of man meat. Lol even in his brooding he exudes masculinity.
Laura even though she was hesitant to give Hawk a shot knew that for her safety she was better off with him, even when her ex started sniffing around. Was a little surprised at how nieve she was when it came to her ex. She is just lucky she has her bestie to talk some sense into her.
Loved the ending and can't wait to see what happens in the next book. Hope we get to know the answers to Kirsty issues.

I chose this rating because this actually a pretty good book. I enjoyed pretty much all of the characters. This was a book of determination, compassion, kindness, and also falling in love. I enjoyed Hawk and Laura story. I think the author did a great job of putting these characters together. I really think these two made a great couple. Even though they had their ups and downs, everything came together as it should have been. Great read! I recommend this book to all MC lovers and romance readers.

Amazing story!!

This is the fourth book in this phenomenal series and this is Hawk and Laura's story.
This is a well written action packed story, which has found family, friendships, emotions, challenges, lies, manipulation, secrets, determination, making choices, danger, suspense, intrigue, revelations, justice, loyalty, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, twisted, and unpredictable addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Brawler Hawk fi ds himself in ER and what does he do butbflirt with nurse Laura, who won't give hin the time of day. When she witnesses something she shouldn't being Hawks ol lady is the only way to keep her safe but her past won't let that rest. Laura works in the doctor's rooms where Hawk goes to get stitched up. He's got the hots for her from the start, but Laura takes a while before she can warm up to the dangerous biker. But it's hard not to fall in love with the man who saves your life after your scary ex tries to kidnap you! Read this book if you want a wild ride.

Hawk (Steel Demons MC, Book 4) by Sarina Hart is a motorcycle romance. Overall this is a very delightful story and series The plot was fun and nerve racking but also sweet. I could not put it down.

Hawk has been following her for awhile hoping to meet her when he gets out of prison. Hawk ends up in the ER where he proceeds to ask her out. Next thing she needs protection and who else can help.

Another great addition to the series.

Steel Demons MC, book 4 Hawk&Laura

Laura was a nurse at the local hospital. She had a gorgeous patient with a box cutter wound on his stomach, he said it was an accident. The patient was Hawk a Biker, and he was attracted to Laura. There is so much action in this story, and Romance. Got to mention Kristy, Laura's best friend because everyone needs a Kristy. Each of the 4 Bikers in this series are Protective and Loyal to everyone in thier lives.

I've been loving this series and as soon as I saw this cover, I couldn't wait to dive in. However, the story didn't deliver. Hawk was as expected, but Laura was too wishy washy and made the story drag on. There was no mystery to the reason Hawk was targeted, which made the suspense lack luster. Hawk and the MC made the book worthwhile.

Laura was a ER nurse who had seen a lot of things. She had never seen anything like Dominic "Hawk". He was a member of a MC and just too good looking. More than a little arrogant. He had a knife wound that needed stitches. She quickly stitched him up and sent him on his way. He had a hard time forgetting her.
