This is actually a cool book. I had it on my shelf and decided to take a look at it. While I am familiar with Bach Flower Remedies AND essential oils, I'm not sure I had ever thought of flower essences before. This book talks about the chakras, the vagus nerve, how trauma can be held in our nervous centers and cause physical problems in our bodies. It then talks about which flowers help with what ailments. It's not necessarily medicinal, more of a spiritual connection of flowers to your chakras. Which is super cool. There are a few medicinal things here and there, some ideas for using your flower essences in the back of the book, but mostly it's a classification, history, case study... type of book. Most of these flowers I cannot get in my locale, but it was interesting to read about them. Four out of five stars, only because I feel like they missed an opportunity to include medicinal benefits for these plants.

Just got this one and I'm finding it really useful. It's not the most comprehensive book on the subject, but what it does have is really well done.
