In the year 2025 women of a certain age who show promise of being excellent child bearers are deemed desirable by the oppressive government. They are sought out and brought into the Capital to be groomed as surrogates for leading military officials.
Many of these desirable women have escaped and ensconced themselves in the outskirts of the Capital and away from the Regime.
Or so they thought.
Autumn is one of those such women.
She is plucked from her home and her love, Scott to be used as a Surrogate for a high ranking Commander of the Regime.
