This book uses GI in a groundbreaking simply by adding up the GiP value of each food and keeping to an allocated number of GiPs a day, it's possible to lose weight quickly, effortlessly, enjoyably - and permanently. This book was not downloadable but I did read a different GI Diet book that was very informative. I feel so much better and my symptoms (which I wont describe here) are markedly improved. I am telling everyone I know to try the GI Diet plan!
