Restore Me! : But In Privately Please (The People Cannot Know) is a Christian inspirational book written by the author Dr. Susan Agbenoto, published in May 2023. This book serves as a profound and compassionate resource for individuals engaged in caregiving, leadership, or ministry who are grappling with their own personal difficulties. Dr. Agbenoto tackles this sensitive topic with a deep awareness of the emotional and spiritual exhaustion that can engulf those who consistently prioritize the needs of others, often neglecting their own well-being. This book really made me stop and think about the things we often keep hidden from others. I appreciated the honesty and the reminder that even people who look strong on the outside can be struggling internally. The message is heartfelt and relatable, and I found myself going back to certain parts because they really spoke to me. A meaningful read for anyone who has been carrying a lot quietly.
