Excellent! I am completing EMDR training right now with Ricky and this book has been so helpful in understanding the model. It is easy to read and not as technical as other books on EMDR making it easy to understand and apply.

Reading as part of a training. While I love the concept he uses to help explain the model, there are so many typos it’s hard to take an academic text like this seriously.
