Rate this book
"Secrets to Recovery: 12 Lessons in Healing M.E./C.F.S./Fibromyalgia", is a book packed full of inspiration for anyone on the path to recovery from this group of debilitating illnesses. It takes twelve moving stories of recovery, and interlinks them with tips and insights from Alex Howard and Anna Duschinsky from The Optimum Health Clinic.

The journey to recovery can often feel like a lonely and difficult one, and the key messages of this book are that not only can these complex illnesses be beaten, but there are many before whose journeys can leave clues.

With a Foreward by Gill Jacobs, author of "Beat Candida with Diet" and "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: The Natural Way."

"This is challenging stuff, requiring soul searching and huge commitment to 'do what it takes'. Yet the message of the book is also to give hope, to show that recovery is possible, and that the process can ultimately be deeply positive and life-affirming."

All profits from the sale of this ebook will be donated to The Optimum Health Clinic Foundation, a registered charity (number 1131664) set up by The Optimum Health Clinic Founder Alex Howard, and various friends of the clinic, to fund and support research projects into areas such as Nutrition, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, Hypnosis, Meditation and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). The charity was set up in response to the consistent lack of research funding for these areas, which The Optimum Health Clinic has found to be highly effective in many areas, especially with its groundbreaking work with ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia.

Like everything else I've come across from the Optimum Health Clinic, this book provides solid and valuable ideas, actionable information and, as is the main goal of the text, lots of hope for a successful recovery. Good job!
