Three An Always You Novels for your reading pleasure...
Book 1 - Right Under My Nose My life couldn’t get any more ridiculous. A few days ago, my son’s teacher wanted to berate me on my parenting style. I politely told her to back off, in so many words. And now? She’s sitting across the table from me at my first blind date in years. Great. Nothing has been easy since my wife left Hunter and me years ago. And yet, we persevered. He’s my whole world, and the last thing I have time for is a woman. But this beautiful teacher disagrees. She wants to help me find the right girl for me and my boy. My best friend agrees. It’s time. To shut everyone up, I go along with it. How bad can this get? Don’t ask. You’d laugh if you knew. The right woman has been under my nose the whole time. And without realizing it, I’ve fallen deeply in love with her. I can only hope she’ll stop her silly search and accept my offer. Be mine. Forever.
Book 2 - Roomies with Benefits Roomies with benefits? No need to ask me twice. My childhood best friend needs a place to crash after a messy breakup. And she’s not a little girl anymore. This woman has me wanting things I shouldn’t. So I give her my guest room. Even with a few walls between us, this good girl makes me feel like a really bad boy. But what could go wrong? Lots… Having her around is driving me insane with need. Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea. Too late now. Until we strike a deal. We’ll matchmake for each other. Any man would be lucky to have this woman. Besides, my curvy BFF needs to be reminded that she’s everything a man wants. The problem? I’m jealous and turning into a possessive jerk anytime someone looks her way. BFF’s in bed isn’t cutting it. I want more. Like all of her. Matchmaking and happy-ever-afters be damned.
Book 3 - Of Course It’s You My boss’s daughter is off limits. For now. Wanting her wasn’t in the cards. Tell that to the need pumping through my veins. When we’re thrown together at work, resisting temptation goes out the window. So does my shot at the job I’ve had my eye on for years. Her father chooses her to take the role instead of me. Talk about unqualified. She’s everything I want in bed and everything I don’t want at the office. And she gets to call all the shots. I’m honestly not sure how much I can put up with. Especially because I don’t have to. But she needs me. The coworker in me wants to smirk wickedly, but the man in me rushes in to help. How can I not? She should have been off limits. And I always want what I can’t have. I never expected it to be her. But of course it is. It’s always been.
Ali Parker is a full-time contemporary and new adult romance writer with more than a hundred and twenty books behind her. She loves coffee, watching a great movie, and hanging out with her hubs. By hanging out, she means making out. The man is hot. Hello. She’s a creative at heart and loves coming up with more ideas than any one person should be allowed to access. She lives in Tennessee with her hubs, teenage son, two grown daughters, and two love-of-her-life grandbabies! Telling a good story that revives hope, reminds us of love, and gives a vacation from life is all she’s up to.
Right Under My Nose This has all the hallmarks of a genuine ‘meet cute’. Quirky lead characters? Check. Zany friends and family in the supporting cast? Check. Once in a lifetime encounter that could lead to a perfect happily ever after? Check. And double check. I liked Holden and Autumn. From a snarling parent/teacher conference to the world’s most awkward blind date, this pair has lots of chemistry. I adored Hunter and their friends. The secondary characters just about stole the show away from our main couple. The only problem I had was that there’s a lot of story in this book, and it might be slightly more story than I needed. Roomies with Benefits I loved these two so much even though they frustrated the living daylights out of me. As perfect as they were for one another and as determined as some parts of their brains and hearts were to see them together, they were equally determined to sabotage their own efforts. Riggs pretty quickly recognized what they could be together, but I felt like he fumbled his approach almost every time and ended up making some monumentally bad mistakes. Zoe, on the other hand, having been recently burned in the tragic ending of a bad relationship, is resolute in her decision to stay far away from committed romantic relationships of any kind, making Riggs work harder (and sneakier) than he might have had to otherwise. The path to their Happy Ever After is an absolute comedy of errors that’s as frustrating as it is funny. I loved seeing the ending they achieve, I just wish it could have been easier for them. Of Course It's You I enjoyed that. It’s got a great ‘enemies to lovers’ vibe with lots of spice and sparks. Brooke and Nolan have so many misunderstandings between them, but I felt like the incorrect party usually ended up getting the blame for what went wrong. Though, I loved seeing that both of them took ownership in the end. I was a little surprised that everyone overlooked the impact of Nolan’s formative years in the way he reacted to situations. I can’t see anyone who grew up the way we’re told he did reacting well to watching someone he cares about getting bullied. Yeah, that’s emotional baggage he should unpack, but that’s also roughly two decades worth of baggage he’s being expected to deal with in two-ish months. Additionally, there’s a whole lot of money that we never hear about again, and I would really have liked to know what was decided about it. Other than those things that stick out in my mind, I had a lot of fun with this book and I’m a little sad that it’s over already. I received a complimentary advance copy of this book from the author.
Three books in one?! The perfect way to binge read a series?!? Yes please!
•Book 2-Roomies with Benefits: This was a great read. It was very long and at times my attention was more on how many chapters I had left to what was going on. It was full of laughter, anger, hurt, chemistry, not so great schemes and one smart and sneaky grandma!
I loved that these two best friends actually reconnected after years of not talking all due to a sneaky grandma planting a seed. I loved that even though they haven’t seen each other in years, when they were together, it was like no time had passed at all. Full of drama and hardheaded people, you will experience all kinds of plot twists.
•Book 3-Of Course It's You: This is a great read, a little long, but great. This story is told in first person POV by both the main male and female characters. You get to feel all the emotions and go on the adventure of self discovery, self worth, overcoming fear, jealousy and finding the path to true love.
I love that Nolan already had a close relationship with Brooke’s dad before they “officially” met. I love how helpful Nolan was even though him and Brooke butted heads. I love that Brooke was determined to win the crew over and not accept to much interference from Nolan. I love their chemistry and how well they fit and worked together even when they didn’t want to accept they were more than just colleagues.
I hope that Casey and Nikki all get their own book(s) 😜. These two side characters seem like if they were to truly meet they would be an interesting duo. I loved Kimber too with his witty comebacks. I can’t wait to see who is next to stumble on the love train for Ali’s next book.
I have enjoyed all of Ali’s books, and I can’t wait to read more of her work! I was provided an advanced readers copy. These thoughts and opinions are my own.
I am a huge Ali Parker fan. She knows how to tell a story and keep the reader enthralled until the very end. This set of stories is no different. I love that you meet the characters in the first book and they are still a part of the story in all three books. The main focus shifts to different couples while keeping the characters' friendships going throughout the three books making them a cohesive series. Right Under My Nose Autumn and Holden meet for the first time in a disastrous parent-teacher conference. She just wants to reach out and express her concerns about her student’s social development. The student, Hunter happens to be Holden’s son. Holden, a single father, reacts defensively and tells her to butt out and focus on educating his son and let him worry about the rest of his development. They end up on the most awkward blind date in history and decide to try and fix each other up with other dates. Asthey spend time getting to know each other, they face challenges such as, how uncomfortable Holden’s money makes Autumn ad the sudden reapperance of Hunter’s mother after 10 years. But after some misunderstandings they persevere and get their HEA. Roomies with Benifits Part 2 of the Always you set focuses on Autoumn’s best friend Zoe and her childhood friend Riggs. Riggs recently moved back to Portland to be closer to his grandmother who is getting older. He reconnects with his childhood friend Zoe and offers her a place to stay when she’s evicted from her apartment. Feelings blossom and grow and Zoe, coming off a broken engagement from her serial cheater ex-fiance is understandably gunshy and thinks she is somehow broken. Riggs bumbles his way through trying to prove that he is the right man for Zoe and ends up “engaged” to the over-the-top Brooke. This book is full of hilarious misunderstandings as two soulmates try and work out their complicated feeling about each other they grow as individuals and become who each other needs. Of Course It’s You The third book in the Always You box set is Brooke’s story. We are introduced to Brook in the second book when she goes on a few dates with Riggs and publicly proposes to him at a charity gala. When we first meet Brooke she seems slightly crazy, overbearing, pushy, and doesn’t care about anyone but herself. When we are reintroduced to her in her book, we are introduced to a woman who is scared for her ailing father and afraid that she will let him down. Brooke is struggling to take over her father’s building company while he is fighting lung cancer. She has no experience in the building industry and butts heads with his foreman Nolan at every turn. Nolan thinks Brooke is a spoiled princess who doesn’t belong on a worksite and that she should stay in the office, do the computer work, payroll, and stay out of his way. He has his own demons from his upbringing that he is fighting and they influence how he sees the world. They learn to lean on and support each other while they fight each other every step of the way in this enemies to lovers story.
I was given an advanced reader’s copy of this box set in exchange for my honest review.
Three Stories, three surprise couples. Who knew how compatible they would be? Swoon worthy HEA's!
#1 Right Under My Nose Stunning HEA, Holden has not dated for 10 years, but he's definitely still hot and still got it! Holden and Autumn are a great match, but really get off on the wrong foot! She just wants to conference with him about his son Hunter not socializing with kids his age, he gets defensive immediately. He's raised Hunter alone for 9 years, his mother wanted neither of them 3 days after he was born! But, she really put a burr up Holden's rear by telling him "He'd never amount to anything!" Now he's a billionaire and hasn't dated in 10 years. So his friends' wife and her best friend Zoe another teacher set them up on a blind date, not knowing they've met, and really don't like each other. He wants to leave, she apologizes and says they should make it a practice date, so they can both get back into dating and as they say, the rest is history. They really become friends and when she sets him up on a first date, will he except? Does he want to date? Does she want to date him? So many questions and no answers, they really need to talk. When Mom tries to come back into the family, will he let her? Why is she here after 10 years? What does she want? Worth the read!
#2 Rommies with Benefits Ali Parker
Best friends to lovers with a twist! Don't miss it 5 stars! Riggs and Zoe have been besties for 16 years, her finance cheats on her and though she hasn't talked to him in two years He's there for her, even with a place to live! Riggs moved back to Portland to be closer to his grandma, Zoe had never left and is an elementary school teacher. These two have trouble getting on the same page. Setting each up on blind dates, him ending up fake engaged! Trying not to accept the steam and spice they can't stop thinking about. Grandma almost has to bang their heads together. Emotional roller coaster ride at it's finest . Thanks Ali, it's a good one, supporting characters from book 1 as always OUTSTANDING!
#3 Of Course It's You Are Brooke and Nolan a couple? Who knew how the sparks would fly? Her father Bill, had been training him since he'd rescued Nolan from an abusive existence, to take over his construction business since the age of 18! Then cancer strikes, it knocks everyone off their stability rockers. Bill names Brooke as his CEO to take over the company! Nolan is blindsided, not ever imagining Brooke taking his place, he is shook up! Nothing typical about this story, lots of surprises, even a dirty old man client making sexual remarks about Brooke. Great supporting characters, take this journey of ins and outs, to an blissful HEA with this steamy couple! You don't want to miss this! Thanks Ali again for another hard to put down romance!
I received these books as an ARC reviewer and voluntarily leave my honest opinion.

Right under My Nose Holden and Autumn, everyone can see they’re attracted to each other and dating but Autumn insists it’s just to get to know each other so she can set him up with a few dates. I feel like shouting just get on with it! When they did out pops the ex-wife trying to get back together with Holden and Hunter notwithstanding they hadn’t heard from her for the last ten years. A very readable story that keeps you interested to the very end. Roomies with Benefits This second story in the series follows on with Autumn’s best friend Zoe, who met someone whilst she and Autumn were on holiday in Vegas. What a first chapter for Zoe though, after finding out her fiancée had picked up a younger student and then finding out she was just one of many, I did love the idea of the two girls sending a selfie of them together to him! Riggs has moved back to Portland to be closer to his gran, and contacts his old friend Zoe to see how things are. I’m sure he wasn’t expecting a war and peace epic response from her though! If only Riggs and Zoe could have an honest conversation with each other they would have learnt sooner of their love for each other! Arranged dates with other people made me groan but then when Brooke came on the scene I just despaired. It took a while before Riggs was pushed to his limit but it eventually happened thanks to his gran’s interference, with a HEA on the cards. I felt this was a frustrating read at times and that Riggs and Zoe needed to bash their heads together. Of Course It’s You The final story in the set is about Brooke, and having disliked her manipulating character in the earlier story, it took me a while to warm to her. Just a chapter in and the combination of Nolan and Brooke is like chalk and cheese. It was interesting to read if the two were ever going to be compatible outside of the bedroom. A fun read with some parts where you want to cheer out loud and others where just want to say take a step back. An emotional rollercoaster of a journey to that HEA, probably one of the most enjoyable set of books I’ve read in a long while.
This is a group of stories with great characters, good tension between them, and the ability to pull you into their lives.
Right Under My Nose
I liked this book, the story and growth of the characters. Autumn and Holden don't start out on the right foot and that bit of tension between them adds to their connection as the story progresses. They have a good back and forth, spending time together and building from there. This is the entire serial, not just a part, so there are parts that seem to be a bit drawn out but overall I did enjoy their story, I loved Holden's son and the relationship he had with Autumn.
Roomies With Benefits
Oh my! Where to start. Overall, the story is good, I liked the characters, Riggs and Zoe. They have a great history, having been friends since they were young kids. I love that growth, the connection, the deep friendship and those feelings, even the hidden ones. I did feel it was a bit drawn out, some over the top antics from other characters and times that I was frustrated with all that. My pull to Riggs and Zoe's story kept me involved and flipping pages.
Of Course It's You
This story pulled me in, and I really loved the tension between the characters. They have a good back and forth, a connection that builds between them that mixes well with the flow of the story. I felt connected to both Brooke and Nolan, they are lovable characters that have ups and downs. There's a great mix of fire and ice that kept me involved. It's a great read from start to finish!
An Always You box set contains three books in the An Always You series; Right Under My Nose, Roomies With Benefits, and Of Course It’s You. Right Under My Nose, follows Holden and his nine year old son Hunter, and Hunter’s teacher Autumn. What starts off as a terrible first meeting, where Holden basically tells Autumn to politely f@ck off, turns into more when Holden goes on a blind date and his date turns out to be Autumn. Can Holden fix his mistakes? Or will the date be over before it even starts? Roomies With Benefits, follows Abigail and Ian, Abigail’s brother Zach’s best friend. What starts out as a simple plan, Ian needing a fake fiancé and Abigail needing a roommate, turns into so much more when the lines between real and fake begin to blur. And when Abigail’s ex Jason starts snooping around, will Ian be able to keep her safe? Of Course It’s You, follows Nolan and Brooke, his boss’s daughter. Nolan has worked with William, aka Bill, ever since high school, slowly becoming his right hand man. He believes he’s a shoo in for taking over the company, once Bill retires. But when Bill gets sick and retires early, leaving the company to his daughter Brooke instead, they can’t agree and things begin to spiral. But when things get worse, will Nolan be able to step up and help Brooke keep the company running smoothly? Or will two stubborn people manage to ruin everything?
3 books in one box and it's all from Ali Parker, what more to ask and I had a very busy week reading all 3 books. I highly recommend reading these books!
Book 1 - Right under my nose This book is about Autumn who is a teacher and this is how she met Holden. Holden who is a single father to Hunter has his own issues such as ex wife being difficult. Autumn is invested in finding a partner for Holden. Well it was such a great story to read as they were meant to be together with all the ups and downs.
Book 2 - Roomies with benefits This book is about Autumn friends Zoe and Riggs. Riggs who moved back to be with his grandmother and find himself reconnecting with Zoe. Hence, they became roomies and a bit more let say with benefits. In this book you will discover the characters past, misunderstandings, chemistry and their HEA.
Book 3 - Of course it's you This book is about Brooke, if you read book 2 you will know who she was. The character that she had in book 2 is completely different in this one as you can see all her struggles. While helping her dad she met with Nolan who has a complete opposite thoughts of her but later on everything changes. They learn how to stay and fight together till their HEA.
I received this box set as an ARC reviewer and voluntarily leave my honest opinion.
Right under my nose. Autumn Hunter's teacher called in Holden about his son. He didn't like what she had to say and told her so bluntly. He didn't date for the past 10 years and his friends set him up on a blind date with none other than Autumn. He wanted to leave. They became friends that led to more. This story is filled with steam an ex that didn't want to stay in the past. The story line is great. A must read. Roomies with benefits Riggs and Zoe was best friends since they were small. They had secret feelings for each other but kept it to themselves. They tried to help each other to get dates, but that didn't work. Will they give in to their attraction for one another. Great story. Of course it's you. Nolan worked for Brooke's father and thought that he will take over the company when he retires. Instead Brooke took over and was now his boss he was not happy. There were undeniable chemistry between them, but they distaste each other also. They had a long journey with a lot of obstacles to overcome to have their happy ever after. This books is amazing. Ali Parker is so talented.
RIGHT UNDER MY NOSE You get to meet Holden and Autumn straight away in the book, but things don't go very well. Since Holden hasn't dated for a long while, his friends decide to set him up on a blind date, and guess who it is with??? Yes, Autumn, which actually goes a little better than expected. However, Holden and Autumn go through some things, but you will have yo read to see what happens.. ROOMIES WITH BENEFITS You get to know Zoe and Riggs in this story, who have known each other since they were little. Riggs checks up on Zoe to then find out she has had a breakup and is now single. They have now become Roomies, however they both feel the attraction to each other but ignore it.....Read this book to find out what they do about it and what happens next... OF COURSE IT'S YOU Here comes business people, Nolan and Brook, to the picture. They work for a company run and owned by Brook's father. The tension starts when Brook gets the promotion instead of Nolan, which causes a lot of friction and turmoil between the two. However, things do finally become interesting between them, but you will have to read to know...
I am a HUGE fan of Ali Parker books. Her writing is captivating, engaging, entertaining, engrossing, and full of the unexpected. My in-depth review is for Roomies With Benefits, this book is an outstanding example of the collection. This book is so well written and engaging that I was reading until the wee hours🥰! The characters are so believable with distinct personalities especially the main characters. Riggs and Zoe were childhood best friends that secretly were attracted to each other. Life happens but now they are back-in each other’s life. Zoe is a combination of contradictions with a heart of gold. She is reeling from a bad breakup. I was so proud of her for how she initially handled her ex. Ms Parker did a superb job with Zoe’s behaviors and lack of confidence after her ex. Riggs is such a sweet man with a heart of gold. I sometimes hit angry with him because he sometimes was too easy going. I loved how he loved Zoe. Their story is just an excellent read.
This Bookfunnel ARC is fantastic. My feelings and thoughts are included in this review.
I love Ali Parker's books. She is a good story teller. This set is entertaining even though her style for this series is POV, which I am not a fan of...(its a repetitive style that adds unneeded pages): The reviews are in order of satisfaction: Of Course its you This book had to be savored. The character dynamics were so well developed. The family was so warm & welcoming you can understand how the love story came about. No one can keep a good woman down. Great story...
Right Under My Nose While I am not a fan of POV books, this story is about Holden and Autumn who's first meeting is less than stellar. The book has delightful characters, but my favorite is Hunter, Holden's son, who is full of witty repartee & raw emotion. The POV style extends the reading time. It is a great story.
Roomies with Benefits Again is told in a POV style of writing. This is a story of Riggs & Zoe. While it is entertaining, it too seemed long. A good rainy day read.
I love box sets! You have hours of reading pleasure. Each book is a standalone and can be read by itself The first is Right Under my Nose and it’s the sweet story of Holden and Autumn. Holden, is a hardworking, handsome single father who meets his son’s teacher and he isn’t impressed by her. They end up on a blind date where they decide to be friends. Eventually, friends turn to so much more! Roomie With Benefits This is connected to the previous book! Zoe is Autumn’s best friend. Zoe and Riggs were childhood best friends. They hilariously try to set each other up on dates when they move in together as friends. They eventually make it work! They are so cute together. Of Course it’s You The last story in the set is of Nolan and Brooke. Brooke works for her dad and Nolan‘s not pleased when she gets the job. The sparks are hot between them and eventually, they make it work out in the end!
So far I’ve read the first two in this boxed set. Starting with Holden and Autumn in the first book. Holden had a son in Autumns class and hasn’t dated since becoming a single father. Autumn is concerned for her student and has a not so great encounter with Holden. The story gets better from there with some surprises and drama along the way. Great read. The second story stars Zoe, who is Autumn’s co worker and friend, and childhood friend Riggs. After a devastating experience Zoe finds herself spending lots of time with Riggs. Their relationship is complicated again a story with lots of surprises and drama. These two books can be read as a standalone but tie in the same character. I’m getting ready to read the third book and I’m excited to see what kind of drama this one will entail.
A great boxset and enjoyable stories. There are three book which include: Of Course It’s You; Right Under My Nose; and, Roomies With Benefits. All three stories were well told, had interesting characters which you wanted to root for. All were granted their happy ever after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend p it’s worth the readers time and money. I do have to voice a frustration. I do not enjoy any repetition no matter how big or small. Usually, when you have dual POV (which I enjoy) you switch back and forth from the male character to the female character and I prefer it when you switch back and forth that the next character just carries on from the last sentence. I really get frustrated when the last bit of the chapter is repeated just in the voice of the next person.
What a great box set with hours of reading pleasure. Included are Right Under My Nose, Roomies with Benefits, and Of Course It’s You. Each book is a full-length book and can be read as a standalone. They all have a common theme that while they were searching for love, the right person has been right in front of them all along. The books are well written with fun, likable characters and engaging storylines. Emotional with plenty of drama and some angst. Once you start reading, you'll find this box set hard to put down when each book more enticing. I read individual books as free arcs via the author and voluntarily chose to review this box set.
Absolutely loved these books individually but now they are all in one place. Right under my nose. Roomies with benefits and of course its you. You get to meet all of the characters in the first book. The books focus on the individual couples, and keeping the friendship with the other characters in all of the books. Great chemistry and great storyline. I always love the story telling in all of the Parkers books. They are a must read. Thanks Ali xx
I read the first two books and am currently reading the third. Let me tell you I had tears in my eyes. The books are so heartfelt and lovely. I hated to stop reading them. My husband and daughter would come to talk to me and I'd try to finish a page or paragraph without them realizing I was reading and not quite listening yet. Great stories and I'm sure the third will be just as good.
These three books are a most enjoyable set of reads. Each book has characters from the other books but each is a standalone book with an HEA. I’m usually not into series books but these are great reads as we all expect and get from Ali. I read these books previously and I am voluntarily leaving this review.
Wow, what a ride from the first time our MCs meet to their HEAs! I love slow-burn romances, and I love the way these couples tried to fight the feelings until they just couldn't. This set is a great way to get your hands on all the sweet swoon, the smexy heat and the perfectly-paced storytelling that Ali Parker always delivers. It's got all the feels, I highly recommend it!
I have read all three books in the set separately, and thoroughly enjoyed each of them, that you can buy all three, together in one set means you get good value for money as well as some good reads just in time for summer! As you would expect from Ali Parker books you get well rounded believable characters that you can relate to. I received these as an ARC
This is a wonderful collection os stand alone stories that are now in this box set. Each has a storyline has a situation that causes an obstacle but it soon gets worked out! The characters are great as they make this journey to have what they want. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Loved this 3 book box set. Each book can be read as a standalone but they relate to each other. As always they are well written with well developed characters. I love how the author grabs you from the beginning and takes you along until the end. This box set was a good read because I wasn’t ready for the story to end and it didn’t have to since there were 2 more stories. You’ll love it.
This is a wonderful collection of romances. As friends find themselves finding love unexpectedly. I enjoyed these sweet romances with the fun interactions and cute moments. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A wonderful box set with heartwarming, lovely stories and engaging characters. Beautifully written and emotional. I'd highly recommend. An amazing read.
New author to me. They were more what I call a holiday read. One was a little annoying in that there was to much going and froing, will she won't she. Last one was a woman finding her way in a man's world.
Ali Parker has mastered the craft of keeping her readers hooked. Each of these stories are unique and have an HEA. I couldn’t put them down even if I wanted to.
Absolutely recommend this boxset. Fantastic characters and stories. Chemistry and passion through out. Well written exciting storyline. Some drama and suspense. Totally worth the read!!
