The author seems credible and knowledgeable. A helpful addition to a beginning investor's body of knowledge.
Mind you, I'm no expert!

I went into this book not even knowing the myths she was dispelling (I wasn't familiar with positive cash flow property strategy, or any others!) The author does a good job filling you in on the theory/practise before explaining which parts are correct, which aren't and everything in between. Not essential reading, but worth it if you're serious about property.
